Whenever I want to be productive I watch morning routines and night routines because it gives me a feeling of like I should clean my room. I also pretend I'm doing routines because I'm weird.

My 6:15 mornig routine: 6:15: wake up 6:17: sort out my lil’ sister (i have to share a roon with her and she is up till 5 AM so ill get her a bit ready) 6:45: get ready (make bed ect.) 7: start work/online school 10: finish morning work and start my day!
I’m so ready to be out of my parent’s house for this reason. I wish that I had the option to buy healthier foods for myself and be able to go to the gym to get a proper workout. :(

My morning routine: 8:30: wake up and get dressed into exercise clothes 9:00: do yoga stretch (meh mom got me into it) 9:30: eat breakfast and check social media 10:00: take shower, get dressed, do hair, skincare, brush teeth 10:30: make bed and tidy up room 11:00: journaling, drawing, being creative 11:30: lunch 12:00: do chores 12:30: watch a show and chill 1:30: exercise, play outside or skate And continue with meh day! FYI: I’m not saying my day is like this everyday. I think that if I did the same exact thing every day life would be to boring. I have lazy days, like every other human, and ya.

In college, with all of the athletes, it's actually more common. Most people at my college would work out early because they had classes all day and then practice or have events in the evening.

Katrina Rector sorry this is late but I totally agree with you but the government doesn’t see it that way so every university student I know (in my state at least) got sent home and I know a couple states a opening back up now but unfortunately in my state my stay at home order got extended to the 28th of May :(
For my hair I use the shampoo and Conditioner that’s has Tree Oil in it and it smells sooo good! It’s like minty and it comes with a spray that makes ur hair soft and not feel like horse hair but spray it when u have damp hair

I am using a journal. I think it's better to start your day with as little technology as possible and writing is a good way to wake up your mind and body. However, there are some free apps if you don't have a journal or just find it easier to type rather than write 😊
I’m also going to get back in the routine of getting up everyday at 6am. I just downloaded the app Alarmy to help with that since my normal alarm clock isn’t working for me cause I sleep through it. And my fiancé get mad that it wakes him up so he unplugs my alarm clock.

Oo I wanted to suggest too-- cause you already have a lot of healthy habits--if you do a sprint or HIIT sprints instead of a long walk that will ensure you are getting the cardio benefits. You burn about the same amount of calories per distance either way but it will save you time and give your heart those stress tests it needs to stay healthy (not sure how you filmed this in March 2020-- maybe Aus was slow to close but sprints are also something easy to do for aerobic exercise if you live in a city). Walking (and weighs oc) is super good for you too but it's important we stress our hearts now and then. The other this is a protip: because you live in the subtropics there, you can train yourself to wake up with the sun, twilight will only vary by a couple hours so if you're waking up more or less in the middle of that, 6 or 630 am, every day and go to bed at a reasonable time like 90% of nights to do that your body will actually train itself to wake up without an alarm. I managed to do that there and was just consistently super productive, never really needed an alarm, and had fantastic sleep most nights because my body knew what to expect with a consistent routine.
Hey I'm not trying to be rude I'm just concerned. I know some people just are super skinny, but are you eating enough? Especially with working out, that didn't seem like a lot of food... hope you're ok!

You burn about the same amount of calories per distance either way but it will save you time and give your heart those stress tests it needs to stay healthy (not sure how you filmed this in March 2020-- maybe Aus was slow to close but sprints are also something easy to do for aerobic exercise if you live in a city). Walking (and weighs oc) is super good for you too but it's important we stress our hearts now and then.
The other this is a protip: because you live in the subtropics there, you can train yourself to wake up with the sun, twilight will only vary by a couple hours so if you're waking up more or less in the middle of that, 6 or 630 am, every day and go to bed at a reasonable time like 90% of nights to do that your body will actually train itself to wake up without an alarm. I managed to do that there and was just consistently super productive, never really needed an alarm, and had fantastic sleep most nights because my body knew what to expect with a consistent routine.
