- If you haven't tried my other arm workouts, then know that 2 pound weights are plenty if you want to feel the burn. Feel free to go as high as 5 pounds. Remember, the whole idea is not to drop your weights for the entire song. So, lets sculpt those shoulders to get those tummies looking smaller.

I have definitely seen a difference in my arms with Annie's other arm workouts. I love Annie's workouts..they are short, to the point, and effective..not to mention she's one of the most cheerful instructors on TH-cam !

Day 1: done. paired this up with tank top video.
Day 2 and 3 skipped.
Day 4: 1kg (2.2lb). Done after tank top workout. I dropped my arms in the end a few times.

This was short = But it was long enough for me to feel that my arms are getting the benefits from this workout = I didn't had any weight so I used 2 bottles of water = Thank U so much for sharing

I found you thanks to quarantine. I am starting week 2 of doing your first arm workout. I have not yet been able to do it without stopping for a few seconds but I am getting to a point where I last longer before I have to rest. I will continue pushing through until I can do it completely without stopping. Thanks for you videos.
It's an awesome workout for those who aren't into lifting super heavy but still want definition.
Thank you so much for these easy exercises I just went out and bought 2 pound weight and I have a lot of health issues I had for knee surgery is a failed me replacement so I can’t do a lot of exercise is that I’m on the ground and on my knees I have a bad back I am aneurysms your name and severe anxiety but I love these I’d also love to know if there’s any exercises you can recommend for the butt in the inner thighs that I don’t have to do a lot of squats because of my knee again I can’t do it I got to get beach ready for August well if life goes back to normal thank you I’m so glad I found you

Thank you so much for doing these I greatly appreciate it I’m so out of shape and have so many health problems I can’t do a lot of exercises I really wanna work my butt but with 4 knee surgeries I can’t do a lot of exercises . Plus I need beginner ones and these 2 pound exercises are great I try to do them Twice a day and I can feel them burning already love to see anything more that you can provide for us newbies also I just got that pallet that you’ve been using and I’m so excited to try it

How long did it take YOU to sculpt your arms/shoulders?
If I fall off the wagon - I do these exercises and in a month I’m back to looking toned - but if you stay on top of it and continue to do these arm workouts then 3x a week will keep you fit
