+pooja dwivedi try this workout and cardio to lose breast size but make sure you tone with heavy weights. so you won't get saggy

Looks like a 5lb dumbbell. Always start out small and work your way up, never feel like you're straining/hurting yourself.

If you want to see a GREAT workout video, look up Tiffany Rothe Workouts in TH-cam. Trust me. It's incredible. Each video is about 10 minutes long and you sweat like crazy. And they're fun! Please try it! YOU WON'T REGRET IT

wth is that form ? they are waving they arms quickly and without any visionable form like they were on some kind of race till the end... maybe excercices are good themselves, but i dont agree they should look like girls here show.
