Love it. Just completed in my cubicle at work during lunch. I used 3 lbs weights (need to get a set of 5lb for the office). Plan to repeat again at 3 PM for the afternoon slump. Thank you Annie: Instead of going to the vending machine during breaks, I am reaching for my weights and an Annie T video!

I had frozen shoulders (yes, both shoulders!) a few years ago and my shoulders tend to want to freeze up again and again so I need to be careful.
