@@skagrawal7992 Kitne malls mai jayega footfall that’s depends on the accessibility, brands pull factor, maintenance of the property..and jab sab online hi ho na hai toh why brands are opening their showrooms.. majority of Indians mindset is to try before buying majorly when we do brand shopping..we majorly do online shopping of our daily needs requirement ..and yes I agree realestate depends on future but every property is different some will give good returns and some average it depends on the above factors..thanks for the comment and plz subscribe
