    This is one of the worst builder I had ever seen. Doing fraud with the genuine buyers. I was also cheated by them. This is very old project started somewhere around 4 -5 years back and there had no construction progress. The structure is only ready and remain as it is. They promised me also many things almost 1 year back and said that the showroom would be operational etc. etc. I had asked for my refund also from them due to some reasons but they are not processing even that. Did dozens of visits for refund, given handwritten application, sent multiple emails and talked to their Sales and CRM team over the phone calls but no refund till date. They are posting all sorts of positive reviews on the internet related to this project. But my view is that don’t trust the reviews of Social Media. This is pure cheating. Visit the project and talk to the locals nearby and others whom you can trust to get the real picture of this project/builder. Even after that if you want to lose your hard earned money, then only give them your hard earned money or book with this project/builder

      This will become stagnant soon. 12K is not a justified rate for this location..Investors would be willing to exit in 8- 10K in adjacent properties..

      It’s really difficult to project anything considering current market but in a worst case scenario at the time of possession I am expecting 18-20k/sqft depending on project..in my list Ace would be on top seeing past delivery and maintenance after possession after that you can go Mahagun where price will be 1500-2000/sqft less from ace.
