    This bull run in real estate in NCR will continue till 26-27, albeit a bit slower than last 3 years. Better go for resale property, instead of under construction, as builders are charging much higher price.

    Dekh bhai simple si baat hai, delhi capital hai uske nazdeek jo bhi hoga uske rate bhadenge.. Gurgaon me ab le ni sakte naukri wale, noida bhi ab jeb se bahar ho gya hai next Hot destination is Noida extension only.. gareeb log chahiye bhi ni hume.. gentry badiya hogi aur bhi kharcha karegi jisko lag rha hai mehenga hai gaun me plot lo yaa yaa 50 saal wait kro yieda yaa new noida banne kaa.. 140 crore ki population hai.. 20-30 lakh log bhi aa gye bahut hai..

    How about sector 1? That location seem pretty close to Noida and better. Can you provide recommendation for CRC Maesta which is building ultra luxury society there? Other locations for this segment of construction seem very high.

      CRC maesta is costly but yes it will be ultra luxurious..n location is also good ...but choose the flat wisely as there is not much space in near by towers n sublimis will also over shadow the towers ...we choose expressastra over CRC maesta...and requested for refund

    Ye RG luxury homes kaisa rahega future me for new upcoming towers. I know past was very bad. Similarly all projects reviewed by SWAMIE fund in Noida Extension, are they safe investment now. Secondly how safe and good is Amrapali projects in Noida Extension?

    Bhai sahab , ye apki galat salah hai.Noida extension mai 3 -4 sal phalay 3-4k/ sqft ka rate tha.ab 10-15k ka rate hai.apke hisab se property market mai mandi ayagi.agar 5-7k/sqft ka rate aa jaye agle 5-7 sal mai to aap bhagwan sabit ho jaoge.agar nahi to jo log abhi peeche hat gaye to jindgi mai kabhi ghar nahi le payange.jaise ab middle class ki aukat nahi hai gurgaon mai ghar lene ki.yahi hal noida mai hoga.builder will control whole inventry.

      Pahle Baat aapse 15k ka rate kisne Kaha Noida Extension mein, agar pure Extension mein 2 Society ka rate agar 14k hai to aap usko Noida Extension ka rate nahin bol sakte. Doosra Maine is video mein kab kaha ka rate 5-7 hajaar aa jaayenge. Exact Rate duniya mein koi bhi nahin bata sakta, magar current rate se rate to girenge, yakeen naa aaye to 15k wala flat aap hi buy kar lijiye.

    Mere ek dost ko 3bhk lena hai, budget 2 cr hai. Aapka video dekhane ke baad wo noida extension me nahi lena chahata. Aap use Noida me dila do. Wahan na mile to Gurgaon me dila dena. Wahan bhi na mile to Delhi ke GK1 YA GK2 me to pakka dila dena. Aapko itana experience hai real estateka. Aapke liye to ye chutki ka kaam hai.

For me an ultra luxury flat should provide Security, Fresh Air, location for easier commute and a great neighborhood. Not sure which one is being provided by flats in Noida extension. I am not sure what is the definition of ultra luxury by these builders !

      @@propertyduniya People are now ready to pay higher prices in Noida extension because they see value in this market and location, even if it is dense. Why do you think people are paying exorbant amount in Gurgaon? Same reason, it has more value that any other market in NCR.
      There is huge infrastructure and potential to support this density at Noida extnsion, that's why higher prices are sustainable here.
      So, request you to record unbias videos so that you get genuine viewers & likes. Just blabbering only because you want people not to invest in one type of market doesn't add any value. Thank you. 🙏
