Much lighter trunk lid but not changing the springs? Gonna work like a catapult lol I got the opposite issue, trunk from sti is too heavy for my wrx springs
ay, I helped swap peoples trunks cuz one had carbon fiber and the other guy has a stock trunk and they traded lol I didnt record it tho as it was way to dark and cold. We just did it super fast lol Great video none the less tho man!

I'm a apprentice panel beater and every step you guys took on taking that boot lid off is all WRONG makes more sense to take of the wire harness first and just leaning it on the glass with a tarp on it congrats y'all are wrong again it's a thumbs down from me guys and also people who don't know how to work on cars should not do there own mods #nofullstopsneeded

It's not as light as u think lol. The wing is quite heavy. I took mine off & now the trunk pops up all the way every time I open it.
