- It took an elite tactical team just 30 seconds to quell the prison "riot". Despite how little time it took to restore order, a lot of coordination went into ensuring the success of the mission. On Oct 3, an eight-man Spear Force, short for Singapore Prisons Emergency Action Response Force, barged its way into a prison workshop as projectiles rained on them. In the chaos, they "shot" the "rioters" and cleared barricades put up by eight "inmates", whose roles were played by prison officers.

This 'rioters' are not armed and did not even attempt to retaliate. The entrance and staircase was not even blocked, obstructed or set traps.The lifting vehicles could also be hot wired and used against them. It would be more effective to conduct the "live" exercise against our own commandos with an objective not to be caught or to maximise damage. In a real situation, rioters may not be so obedient to surrender before a fight.

All the inmates know that that kind of behavior will get them an all expenses paid trip to the caning trestle, and get at least 12 of the best! So they don't rebel in prison.
Try placing them in states prison and see what they are doing here are they able to handle their!!!
