You could cut the foam back and insert a nice peice of wood a seal it that would give it bit more strength

Interesting upload was always curious what the insulation was between the acrylic sheets and it’s polystyrene 😉

It’s came as a surprise to me that there was such a thickness of the finest polystyrene insulation.
