- Video walkthrough as I install a T-Rex Engine Guard on my brand new 2021 Honda Rebel 500. I wanted to make my new bike as safe as possible before I officially start my riding journey.

Good Video. So, the sliders for the crash bars don't come with the t-rex kit? WTF?

Right now I'd stick to sliders with my rebel,tried this once but it doesn't look good tbh.
Why, why, why do companies supply a black part but then provide non-black hardware?
I have a 2023 and just received my guards. I'm excited but I need help. I'm hoping to find someone that can help me. fingers cross.
can you rest your feet on that crash bar so that your foot is more relaxed out and not bent?

In theory you can, unfortunately for me, I have big feet (size 13 boot) so it is a bit tight to squeeze in there and sometimes gets snagged when I try to pull them out. So I try to avoid it for safety reasons. Just in case I need some quick reaction moves.
Do you know if the same bars would fit on the 2022?
As of right now, the T-Rex Racing site doesn't allow you to search for parts for a 2022 Rebel yet. So I'm not sure if it will fit. I don't see why it wouldn't, unless there is substantial differences in the '21 to the '22, but I can't say for sure.
