nice review - it is slightly different on a 300 as there is a long bolt for the bottom (not two small bolts) :)

Thanks for sharing this video. I recently purchased a Honda CMX Rebel and ordered the same Crash Bar for my bike. Does the Crash Bar interfere with the shifter or brakes? It looks like it might be very close to the controls. My Crash Bar hasn't arrived yet and I hope it works out.

There didn’t seem to be anything in the centre of the bars at the radiator to secure both bars to each other so if you fall it would surely render the bars useless or did I miss something?

How is the guard from a practical standpoint? Does it have the proper geometry when the bike is laid down?
I actually have not dropped it. I sold the bike already. My goal then was really just to protect the body and the engine from a drop.
