I loooove lower body workouts, but those moves where we're on our sides KILL ME!! ugh iconic. I love these!
OH MY GOD…i know i said this on every workout but this one ih definitely the most sweating one…im so proud of everyone and myself lol❤. Thank u Madeline so much…And i wanted to say that this lower body workout was so much different and harder than the old ones,im so happy that u made it harder ly all so much and good job everyone❤

this is DEFINITELY a step up from the previous one month plan and I am loving it! I am able to follow along to (almost) the entire workout without pausing!! So happy and proud of myself!

Last 1 month pilates plan I did on January, now for September I did since date 1, so today is day 4. More challenging than before, but it really makes me sweat. Thank Madeline for your kindness to share this pilates workout. I adore you 💕

I bet I thought everything was mid because this was waiting to humble me💀✨ I swear to God I sweated so much!!! I was a little bit sour from yesterday and I almost cried when I realised I was only mid way lol💀 It was so fun though I feel very proud of myself after finishing it!!!!

I LOVED THIS ONE! As an office worker I dont walk othen and my legs are stiff, stretches help a little but today's workout made me extremely happy! Those last ones for glutes got me like 🎉 Excited for the next one!❤

@@MarisolGonzalez-xw6zh hola, hice todos las rutinas cada dia. Entras a su canal y en listas te aparece los grupos, tenés un de un mes, una semana o por minutos, están muy buenas porque cada día se enfoca en un ejercicio diferente. Yo empecé por el el mes, y después fui haciendo los demás.

i’m having a lot of pain in my hip with these exercises like @ 9:29 is that normal?😭😭 i couldn’t even complete them because my hip would genuinely not allow me to lift my leg up
also i notice my hip popping a lot? i’ve been doing hip strengthening exercises after i workout to try to help this
