You played the rhythm part flawlessly dude exactly how it's done on both album and live performance. A proper mic would help you a lot with sound quality 👌 tge talent is clearly present 🎁
Petrucci, why spread such negativity? Criticism yes, but not hate. Wonderful guitar playing and while his singing is a bit strained, it it a very difficult song to sing. He performed well.

When I was in High School I bought the hal leonard song book, so mostly this is from that with different variations. The tuning for 6 or 12 is BDDDDD so the high e tuned down. The B string tuned up to match the E. Just be careful. You can use a capo on 2 if it breaks strings on your guitars, as tuning the B to D can do that. The G is downtuned to D. D stays the same. A string is tuned down. and low E tuned down to B. So every string but the low B is the same so you can really mix up the fingerings. There is a tab on ultimate-guitar.com for it which is ProTab version 3. Same as the Hal Leonard book.
