  • Never waste over ripe bananas‼️Make this No Knead No Sugar banana bread for your familly.
    Ingredients :
    Banana 2 pcs (peeled 250g)
    Egg 1 pcs
    Dried yeast 3g
    Butter 24g
    Plain Flour 350g
    Salt 2g
    Steps:
Take two ripe bananas. About 250 grams after peeling.
Using a fork, press and mix the bananas into a puree.
Add 3 g of dry yeast.
    Mix.
    Break in 1 egg.
    Mix.
Add 24 g of melted unsalted butter.
Add 2 grams of salt to 350 grams of all-purpose flour.
    Pour them into the liquid.
    Mix into a dough.
Cover with cling film and let it rise at 30 °C for 45 minutes. Adjust the time according to the temperature.
Dip a finger in flour and poke a hole in the dough.
If the dough does not retract or retracts slightly, the fermentation is complete.
Dust the counter with flour to prevent sticking.
Remove the air from the dough and form it into a ball.
First divide the dough into three parts.
    Then divide into 9 parts.
Pick up a small piece of dough and fold it about 10 times.
The dough is very sticky at this point, so sprinkle flour on it to prevent sticking.
Shape the dough into small balls.
    Place in the baking pan.
I used a non-stick mold. If you don't have non-stick molds, remember to brush with oil or place on baking paper.
Put a bowl of water in the oven.
Ferment in the oven at 35 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
Brush the surface of the fermented dough with milk.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
Once the bread is baked, brush the top with butter when it' s still hot.
The bread is very soft and moist.
There is no extra sugar added and it doesn't taste very sweet. So appropriate as a breakfast.

When the bananas are ripe or over ripe, the natural sugars are fully developed. ❤

Does the water stay in the oven during baking process, or just during fermentation?

      Just during the fermentation😃

I guess it should be hot water to help with fermentation?
