1 Egg
60g(6Tbsp)Sugar
130ml Milk
2g(1/2 Tsp) Salt
1Tsp Vanilla extract
150g (1,1/4cup) Cake flour or all-purpose flour
5g (2/3Tbsp) Baking powder
50ml Cooking oil
Low heat
20cm Small frying pan
10g Unsalted butter
15g(1.5 Tbsp) unrefined sugar or sugar
2 Bananas
25 minutes on low heat(very low heat)
5 minutes on low heat
* (Tbsp)- tablespoon (Tsp)- teaspoon
*Just put the ingredients in order and mix them together, and the dough is done. It's really simple, so it takes 5-10 minutes!
*You need to use a 20cm small frying pan to make a thick cake.(Increase the amount of dough when using a large frying pan)
*I used coarse-grained non-standard sugar, but if you don't have it, you can use the sugar you have
*If the sound of cooking is too strong while cooking over low heat, reduce the heat a little more
Conversely, if there is no reaction after baking for more than 5 minutes, adjust the fire a little stronger (it can't be ruined)

I made this cake 3 times already and turned out so yummy. My mother in law approved it. I did not use any sugar and perfect sweet - just from bananas. I did 2 layer of bananas. Layer on the bottom and another layer on top right before I flip the cake over. I also added bunch of nuts - almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds.

Made this cake today and turned out sooooo good!! Instead of cooking oil I used melted butter and reduced the amount of sugar to 3 tbsp only, I added more on the pan. The sugar and the banana caramelized perfectly 😍
Note: Don't use very ripe bananas or the cake will become soggy and won't taste good.
Certainly going to try it soon 😊

It looked soooo good and i had all the ingredients at home so I tried. The lowest heat setting of my induction cooker was way too low, so i turned up half way through and i needed to turn up even more towards the end. The flipping part was a mess(maybe the cake was slightly undercooked and it was sticky) but in the end i manages to turn over and baked. But the result is amazing! So soft and moist❤ I personally would reduce sugar quantity to half and if I want more sweetness I will adjust with maple syrup when serving. And maybe a crushed walnuts on top! Thank you very much for delightful recipe and beautiful video!
thanks for the information on the sugar. I'm prediabetic so I usually cut back the sugar amount but sometimes it doesn't taste right or I use xylitol

Made this today. It was such a big hit! I used 30g of sugar instead and it was just right! Used oven to bake instead as I don’t have a 20cm frying pan. I like the extraordinary smell and taste of the caramel on top. Super yum!

빵알못인데 세번째 했습니다.
처음엔 복잡할 것 같은데 두번째, 세번째는 쉬워요.
처음에 프라이팬에 했다가 불조절을 실패했는지 아래쪽이 좀 탔는데 다음번에는 그냥 오븐에 했더니 비주얼이 똑같이 나왔어요. 아이들도 맛있다하고 두개쯤 해서 생일케잌으로 만들어도 좋을 것 같아요. 생크림만 바르면.
재료도 바나나만이 아니고라도 신과일만 아니면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 고구마, 단호박 등등.
그리고 전 너무 달지않게 설탕을 조금씩 줄이고 바나나를 두배로 했는데도 바나나가 워낙 달달하니 괜찮습니다.
되도록 설탕 빼고는 레시피 양대로 하는게 실패율이 적네요.
저도 불조절 신경쓰지 않게 오븐으로 구우면 어떨까했어요. 혹시 오븐 온도 몇도에서 몇분 정도 구우셨는지 알려 주실 수 있으신지요?! 답변 미리 감사드립니다. ❤

At 70 years old I do not subscribe to may videos anymore but did subscribe to yours. I made this yesterday but will admit did not use the stove, I put it in the oven in a regular baking pan and baked it. It came out delicious. Thanks for the banana idea. Oh I am from the USA

Putting it in the oven defeats the purpose of no bake.
@@Elmo-wx6xb The oven temperatures for these kind of recipes are usually the same, 350~375°F (180~190°C), 30 minutes to an hour depending of the thickness of the preparation. Always remember to preheat your oven at least 10 minutes before putting the preparation in, also open the oven door the least possible amount of times, ideally just once or maximum twice, it's important that it remains at the same temperature.
For this one I'd go 350 (180) for 30 minutes and then check with a knife, if it comes out clean it's ready :) (if it doesn't put it in the oven again for 10~15 more minutes, depending on how much "wet mix" the knifes has in it, and check again).

I notice koreans really like a lot of their foods not just their desserts more sweet than the rest of the world may be used to... i recommend using half or even just a quarter of the amt of sugar and it will taste just as good and may even still be on the too sweet end 👍
