- DON'T Waste Bananas NO KNEAD No Milk NO EGG very Tasty & Healthy Banana Bread 香蕉面包,不加鸡蛋,解决烂熟的香蕉好办法, 免揉膜,松软香甜湿润
Ingredients 配方:
Dough 面团:
very ripe bananas 2 (peeled banana 245 g)熟透的香蕉2根 (剥皮后245克)
sugar 7 g 1/2 tbsp 白糖7克
all-purpose flour 300 g 2 cups + 1 tbsp 中筋面粉或面包粉或高筋面粉300克
unsalted butter 20 g 1 tbsp + 1 tsp 无盐黄油20克
Instant dry yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
vegetable oil 5 ml 1 tsp 植物油(炒菜油)5毫升
lemon juice 1.25 ml 1/4 tsp 柠檬汁1.25毫升
pan size 23×33 cm 烤盘尺寸 23×33厘米
preheat oven & bake at 180℃ / 356 ℉ for 15 minutes or until brownish top
预热好的烤箱180℃ / 356 ℉ 烤15分钟至表面金黄

Before you cut and roll the dough could you use a cinnamon sugar sprinkle?? Would that change the texture or baking time?? Theses look so good💗

I tried the cinnamonand sugar. I mixed about 1/3 c. sugar, and 2 to 3 Tbs. cinnamon with about 4 Tbs of butter (room temp). Then spread it on before I rolled it up. Then cut it like cinnamon rolls. It was a good idea. And I just cooked till golden brown, but it did seem to add about 5 mins. But that might just be my stove or how I cut it.

請問佳寶媽如果要分兩天做是不是前一晚完成第一次發酵後放冰箱,拿出來要回溫幾分鐘才能拿出來整型第二次發酵呢?謝謝你
前一晚和好麵團後室溫發酵一會,看到麵團有變大,有一倍大的時候,放入冰箱冷藏隔夜繼續發酵,第二天從冰箱取出來,不用等回到室溫,直接整型,(因為整型的時候,就會回到室溫了)第二次發酵即可~~

some time yeast cannot grow very well in very strong sugar~ your bananas may have more sugar than mine, I guess so~

草莓味道會有些酸,它比較適合做蛋糕裝飾或慕斯蛋糕等,好像很少用它做麵包的哦~草莓熟了以後可能就不是這麼好看的紅色了~~可以用蘋果代替香蕉如何呢?
