I go tanning... lower levels have more uvb rays! I don't use lotions either.

@@NeishaSalasBerry I made the egg coffee today and didn't have LMNT but it still tasted like chocolate.! I've been addicted to evaporated milk in my coffee for 20 years. When I went carnivore (1 month ago) that was my biggest worry! That I'd have to give up my milk in coffee. I honestly hesitated right before cracking the egg in my coffee cup. It sounded so gross! Happily,.I can't wake til tomorrow when I can drink egg coffee again. It was luscious!!! I'm 108 lbs & 5feet 4 inches tall & not trying to lose "fat." I'm on the diet because I've had serious cravings & addictions all my life to SUGAR, grains, gluten free foods & nightshades. What a horrible ordeal I went through the first 3 weeks on carnivore! @@Janeoffools Hi Jane 2 weeks ago you responded to my post about Neisha's egg coffee. U asked do I use the whole egg. YES. It foams up a lot more with the whole egg. I crack into a small bowl first so I have a chance to pick out any egg shells or weird spots on the yolk, then pour into your cup. And start frothing! It will triple in volume then keep frothing as u slowly pour HOT coffee in. Has to be hot to cook the egg. U can drink it hot or add some ice cubes like Neisha does.

It's kinda sad that your grandparents home is not fixable, but you both DO deserve the house of your dreams. You definitely need more room as those two munchkins grow up so they have their own room and you can spread out a bit and have each room have a purpose instead of sharing rooms for multiple things. Enjoy the process of building your home/ It should be fun!

Growing up in Florida as I did. Tanning or the over abuse of tanning out in the sun. A tennis club that we were members; I remember two older ladies, probably in their mid 60's at the time. This was the early to mid 1970's. Their skin was SO dark, so brown, so much like leather and not in a good way. Apparently they would lay out by the pool for the whole day, every day in Florida. Sun is good and here in the desert, I take sun daily but for short periods and not during the mid day. Usually the mornings or late afternoons. After stopping sugar/carbs five years ago, skin does not burn and I am fair skinned, blue eyes and red headed - not so much now.
Most of these leathery ladies, back in the day, were smokers as well as sun-bunnies. A lot of them knocked back the booze also.
@@1timbarrett You are so correct and forgot about that, the tobacco and alcohol consumed in those days was a lot compared to today. I live in Las Vegas and see a lot of people younger than me who look decades older than their years. It can be a toxic town but I also contribute that to the tourists - mostly, but a fair amount of locals over indulge on the vices especially when there is a gambling tavern in most supermarkets, drug stores and in nearly every shopping center.
