I use Teton brand 100% grass fed sausage , I think Kroger might carry it. They have different varieties like the polish and then and Italian version. It’s pre cooked so doesn’t take long to cook. It’s great with eggs too.
Omg I decided to make the sausage dish tonight for the family, I couldn’t add shrimp as I have a sea food allergy. But I bought smoked paprika for it too and added all the seasonings and veggies you did. Holy crap it was so so good! New fast favorite meal for all of us so thank you!

In my 20’s every week I would buy a bunch of fresh produce. The next week I threw away 60% of those veggies. The following week I would repeat. One day I woke up and thought,”why am I doing this? It’s SO wasteful!” Now I buy many more frozen vegetables and only buy fresh what I’m cooking that day , the day of.. I have so much less waste!

I was blessed to see your new Bible. The English Standard Version (ESV) is a very good translation. The late Scholar Michael S Heiser Phd endorsed and had part in this translation. You may want to consider also getting their Aurora cover ESV Study Bible. Always good to have more than one😉🕊❤️
My husband grew up eating that same sausage thing, only they added potatoes to it. Whenever I make it for the family I air fry the potatoes and sometimes in a separate pot I cook some cabbage for me and in the main pot I do exactly what you did. When we dish up those that want potatoes get them and those that don't, me, don't!! It is so good.
