    I frequently talk about how having more lean muscle will help you burn calories more efficiently and will make cardio workouts easier. Have you experienced this since adding strength training?

      Yes, I have since I'm stronger I have more endurance ❤ I use to get winded pretty fast,but not anymore thanks to you.

      Yea Chris cardio workouts have become much easier for me now since adding your strength workouts in and I am finding that my challenge now is to work on form and weight, not how long I can go,or how far I can run, or how many steps I get in. Having a good balance strength, stretch and cardio- I’m listening and hearing you. ❤

      I haven't changed what I eat and I wear the same size clothing, but everything fits so much better; even my midsection!! I don't know if my weight has gone up or down because it doesn't even matter. I gauge it on how my clothes fit:)

    Away on vacation and brought my resistance band. Even without the weights, this one will leave you sweating and feeling strong and like you can handle anything the day throws at you!

    Work had me me missing the live this morning and I had just about talked myself out of doing it when I got home and then I said Soooondra.......its only 30 minutes. DO IT! A very effective quick 30 min full body and I feel better! Thank you!!

    After a year do being a caregiver to family members and not exercising much during that time, I am starting over. I began today with this full body workout using lighter weights as I work my way back up, and this 68 year old body feels great! Thank you!

    Chris, I got to say since I've been working out with you for a yr in a half I've conquered my Fears!! I'm Stronger, healthier and leaner!! I use to be in a 2x and wear size 22 pants. I now can wear large and xl tops and size 16 jeans. Thank you for helping me achieve my goals ❤

    It has, Chris! Also, I bought a pair of 20-lb weights (up from 15 and I was seriously excited to use them)! I remember a year ago I struggled to lift the 10s. I, too, was a cardio gal in my 20s and 30s. Now I'm a strength-traininh gal with some cardio mixed in. I'm proud of all these ladies and their stories -- I actually get choked up ❤

    This 30 min full bodied workout touched my everything everywhere. I loved it. Pushups were great with the elbows to the waist. Voila!!

    I did FEAR weights (as I was a cardio Queen), until I started working out with you 7 months ago. Oh my, how you have changed my life! I feel stronger and know that I am also helping my bones to remain healthy which is so important, especially for women after 40. I know that I still want to be able to exercise in 34 years when I turn 80 and following your program will definitely help me achieve this goal!     Yesterday I was unable to do the full hour workout that was scheduled so I chose this one and started laughing when you said something along the lines of “if you don’t have time for the full 60 minute workouts choose another” that’s what I did and for a 30 minute full body it was no joke! Loved it and love the motivation you and the community give!! Thanks!!

    Omg! Today I had very little time, so thank you for the 30 min workouts, and men do you make them count!
    I had never been able to join live but have been working out with you since Covid.
    Now I am comitted to workout 5 days a week, doing weights and step, and I think it would be nice to leave a comment every day I workout under the video I did! ❤

    35:47 Christina, thanks for what you do! I had surgery 2 years ago, then Covid, which fairly destroyed my health. Finally a few months ago I began slowly to work with a trainer (YMCA) who helped me with balance and strength. I found your channel and began getting back to step for endurance and other videos for more strength. Still not all the way there, but you give me choices! BTW I’m 69, almost 70.

    SWEATY SWEATY this was challenging!!!! Cant believe what you can fit into 30 minutes! I used to be scared of having to modify cause I wouldn't burn as many calories, but you taught me that movement is movement and its AWESOMEEEEEEEEE whatever you do.
