Happy Valentine’s Day!!!! I can’t wait to try this tomorrow. I haven’t done a step workout in a while. I’m 54, and I’m my heaviest weight ever along with slight knee issue so I will modify when needed. You mentioned “the program, weights 2 days and cardio 3, I think. Where can I find your program? Also thank you for saying that about the age and weight thing, I have to preach that to myself all the time😢. I love the fact that I don’t feel pressured in your workouts. I’m getting better at giving myself grace.

It was reposted fairly quickly actually. The 1 minute timer was great! It was nice to check each move off the list after the minute was over.

Was super happy to find out my gym class was canceled today so I could jump in on this one! What a great surprise and what great fun this one was; admit I like choreography but thanks for “tricking” me into a HITT experience. I do love the repetition of each effort and surprised how quickly my “usual” weights got heavy in the strength portion. Thanks Chris!

I'm glad I did it but will not be doing this one again 😆 I just don't like thinking about each and every minute and waiting for it to be over! Thank you for this workout. I have been doing your step classes for about 6 months on the weekends when I have time. You have been mentioning the importance of weights and my marshmallow arms quiver in fear, but today I saw this workout and thought it is time! I am so glad that I did this one and will try to work these type in to help build a little bit of strength and maybe my marshmallow arms won’t be so marshmallowy in the future.😊

OMG loved this! My workout space is very small so I can't really use my step to its fullest. Today I managed by angling the step so I popped in and out of the room as needed. I'm sure it looked funny to my husband sitting in the living room (why was he sitting, you ask?) but I didn't care. I figured it out. Thanks again, Chris, for all you do.

I love the 30-35 minute workouts! These shorter but intense workouts are great when I want to get a workout in but don't have a ton of time in the mornings before work. I liked the one minute alternating between the step and weights. Thanks for the creativity and constantly keeping me motivated!

Slowed it to .75 and it was perfect! Want a 125-127 bpm step with weights, but I didn't see any. Love this channel!
