    This format was ingenious. Had you done it before? It makes so much sense to alternate one minute step and one minute strength. Kept me engaged the whole time. I too like to tell myself that I am one year older than i am, so when the birthday comes it's not a shock. Thank you for the constant reminders that we are not teenagers, we are grown ass women, and that''s a whole different sexy.

    Happy Valentine’s Day!!!! I can’t wait to try this tomorrow. I haven’t done a step workout in a while. I’m 54, and I’m my heaviest weight ever along with slight knee issue so I will modify when needed. You mentioned “the program, weights 2 days and cardio 3, I think. Where can I find your program?
    Also thank you for saying that about the age and weight thing, I have to preach that to myself all the time😢. I love the fact that I don’t feel pressured in your workouts. I’m getting better at giving myself grace.

    Happy Valentine’s Day Chris! This workout went by really fast. I haven’t done a step and strength in a while. I almost was able to be live but then my husband called me. It was reposted fairly quickly actually. The 1 minute timer was great! It was nice to check each move off the list after the minute was over.

    I did t 2:04 his on Sunday after spending the weekend out of town visiting my 93 year old dad. He's not doing well and I'm not handling my emotions particularly well. So doing this workout when I got home was a real victory ✌️. Looking forward to this week's sessions.

    Really really enjoyed this, certainly got me hot and sweaty ready for reformer at the gym. Thank you. I’m trying something new by exercising before my first meal of the day, today was a 16hour fast, I’d be interested if you think this a good thing to do as I’ve seen quite a bit of it popping up online.     Was super happy to find out my gym class was canceled today so I could jump in on this one! I swear we had only been moving for about 12 minutes before you said “only two more moves!” I thought in one moment “oh happy day yay I’m dying here 😜” and in the same moment “dang that was fast! 🎉” thank you so much!     What a great surprise and what great fun this one was; admit I like choreography but thanks for “tricking” me into a HITT experience. I do love the repetition of each effort and surprised how quickly my “usual” weights got heavy in the strength portion. Thanks Chris!

    Hi Chris, thank you for another one! You were correct about tricking us to do a HIIT style of exercise. I'm glad I did it but will not be doing this one again 😆 I just don't like thinking about each and every minute and waiting for it to be over! I love love you most difficult steps as they keep my brain busy and I enjoy every minute of it. Trying to do different things tho so all is good and MUCH appreciated. Thank you! Ex

    I used to work out with my sister doing Beach Body. Then I moved away and couldn't do workouts with her anymore. Finding workouts with a trainer as personable and fun as those I used to do has been hard. Then I found your workouts and I'm so glad I did because your workouts are fun and I love your personality!     I love the 30-35 minute workouts! These shorter but intense workouts are great when I want to get a workout in but don't have a ton of time in the mornings before work. I liked the one minute alternating between the step and weights. Thanks for the creativity and constantly keeping me motivated!
