How can i identify microaggressions in a work place where we all look the same?
The first thing to look for is how someone’s words or behaviors make you feel or even watching nonverbal cues of those around you much more closely to see if someone is offended after an interaction. Then lean in with curiosity to double check

What if it’s the manager doing it? He says things that are stereotyping and racist.
I know you don’t want to do it, but I would begin to write down all of the instances in the next two weeks and then go to HR. If not, find another place that values you.
