- Today we test out what could be the best looking, most capable vehicle of all time. Jerrod Picked this beauty up so you know we have to put it through its paces before he yanks the motor out to put in Donna. Day 1 testing is some mild trails that it handles with EASE!

If a rig comes with no tow points then the manufacturer decided it was such a capable rig that it didn't need tow points. 😂

That Quadra Drive 2 is actually very impressive. It’s got front and rear ELSD (electronic limited slip diffs). It also has a t-case with true low range. I’m not a fan of all the electrical crap and would prefer manual everything, but these things can hold their own. My Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel with QD2 will out wheel my old 3rd gen 4Runner any day of the week. They definitely lack ground clearance and don’t look as good though
I've seen guys run WJs one with Quadra Drive II and the other Quadra Trac II and the Quadra Drive II was much more capable. The commander seems to be a budget dignitary's limo.
Was it in low range? (That little toggle in the centre console). That enables the limited slip. In the mud it looked like you were full open front and rear.
It was in low range but we had the abs fuse pulled. It clicked after this that we need the fuse to do the abs things and grab slipping tire etc. Worked after that 😃👍🏼
I honestly never hated the look but always heard bad stuff. But hey, I drive a Fj Cruiser, which is an expensive toaster so who am I to talk. 😂
LOL... Besides the lack of ground clearance, articulation, diff lockers and tow points, a great car for a soccer mom to get to a picnic area for the day out... now, won't somebody tell me how many cup holders it has...? If it was snow season, that is the type of car you would be out rescuing in a real jeep or Marge... people see the '4x4' badge on the back, but don't realise the 'LIMITED' part applies not only to their skills, but the car's capabilities... At least no Fords were harmed during this episode...
Intense. The sheer amount of willful abuse that car is willing to stand and STILL keep going on is amazing. Very entertaining video.

Absolutely zero articulation! That thing would lift a tire going over a speed bump wrong. And when it started shedding plastic in the ditch I was dying !😂

It's amazing how good it did for being a soccer mom mall crawler. I think the "rock sliders" were more like shopping cart bumpers. Take care guys.

Really don't like the front end. BUT The hemi version with the qd2 has potential. Get a front bumper, lift, sliders and you got a great overlander. I'm guessing the jeep tow hooks bolt right up, Really underrated rig

They had varying amounts 😬 we didn’t drop any pressure. Front right may have auto aired down a bit
