    Great video. I’m an Air 2S owner as well. If you want to get rid of the props in the Mastershots, go to your settings menu and turn on “composition”. It will eliminate props in your footage ☺️👍

      Dang. I just made a comment about the props. And was starting worry. But now that I saw this comment. I’m not as worried. So by doing this , it will take out all of the props in the shot? Or will props still show up sometimes ?

    • @Harundada1
      @Harundada1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@andrewchristian3017 it does a good job of prioritizing the composition of the shot rather than the flight path of the drone. Thus, the drone will not tilt drastically eliminating the props in the shot. When I turn on composition, I never see props in my shot ☺️👍

      The secret to using it in a subdivision is to make sure when you start your flight, you start it 10-15' above the highest obstacle because it never goes lower than it's first set hight.

    Hi. Quick question about this. The Air 2S is the drone I just purchased this week, and am, in fact, looking to do real estate photography with it. I came across another video, though, that suggests an aperture of 8.0, which is apparently impossible with this drone. Obviously, that got me a bit concerned. But you still think it's a good drone for real estate? Thank you.

      @jeremydeihl  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That is true and I talk about it in the video. You can choose no obstacle avoidance and no props showing but I personally just don't use the 4 seconds of footage that shows them. Better than letting the drone smash into something while it flys itself. At least that the way I see it 😃

    • @jeremydeihl
      @jeremydeihl  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Actually it's has its own specific selector. I believe it's under the settings option "camera" and if you look down you will see a few options. Format, Coding Format, and Shooting Mode. On the Shooting Mode option you will see Obstacle Avoidance is auto selected and the other option is Composition. Switch over to Composition and it will no longer show the props.

      I have not used the smart controller with this drone, but I have seen a lot of people talking about latency issues with the smart controller and the Air 2s, but once again I have no personal experience with it. Quick question here. How far away from your home was the drone when you hit start. It seemed relatively close. I am curious as to obstacle avoidance particularly in a subdivision with many homes and trees.

    • @jeremydeihl
      @jeremydeihl  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My secret to using it in neighborhoods is to find the tallest object it might hit, and start the sequence 10' over that. It never goes lower than the height you start the pattern at, but sometimes it can drift a little so I compensate by adding that 10' in there. Plus it's another reason I keep the obstacle avoidance on even though sometimes it shows the props. I would rather re-run the pattern than have my drone smash into the side of a building I'm flying near

    Does anybody know what makes the props show? Like I noticed it around 2:18 and 2:30. I thought it would depend on how quickly your turn but this was in auto mode. And it flew back the. To the left as soon as the drone started to go left. The props showed up. Anyone having issues with props showing up? I can’t believe props are showing on a 1k drone. This is the drone I plan to get as well.
    Man. I keep seeing the props. Is this just in the auto mode ?? Like do you see it more in auto? I just can’t believe how much I’m seeing the props. I was not aware of this issue.

    • @jeremydeihl
      @jeremydeihl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I talk about it in the video, but the props show when you have avoidance priority over the shot. There is a way in the setting to prioritize the shot and never see the props but it removes a lot of your obstacles in the process. Personally, I prefer to leave my obstacle avoidance on while the drone flies itself and just remove those shots and post. But it's totally up to you

    Jeremy -I hope you didn't use any of that very choppy/jerky footage for a client - it's AWFUL?! It's there in both front and rear house footage! Did you not notice the issue with the Air 2S? The choppy stuttering video footage, particularly when panning, is a known issue (now) with the A2S. Even the gimbal rotating up/down shows severe stuttering. Your Tree/House focus demo shows it too, badly! To stops the props showing, in the camera settings, do not allow upward rotation of the gimbal. 90% of video footage from A2S drones show this stuttering issue. Mine is back at DJI for repair/replacement, as I type! M3 here we come!
