Vr6 is a tough engine, mine has 250k miles and is still running really well, obviously not a daily anymore is my project car 😅

Have you considered using a bluetooth OBDII connector and a smartphone or tablet and monitor your temps and other readings that way? I'm leaning towards doing that with mine. The dash doesn't work at all. LOL

The ECU is OBD1 so only old VCDS scanners work with them. I wish it was that easy!
