For anyone saying it's patched, it isn't. In fact I'm not even sure you need to use any buffs for the glitch beforehand, but what you need to do is, travel to an area, and that will create save of you arriving at that area. Now as soon as you load in, just pause the game and reload the save of you arriving at that place, and boom, all buffs activated. Works on ps4

It is working for PC vr just the effects will not load in until you go into a map.
This no longer works. Even after waiting 3 days and then using the items and starting from the save. This has been patched

Just keep the items in your chest and at sum point it'll let you keep using them and reload

Just start the aftershocks dlc that's all it is for a while is caches and killing zombies
