    There are some High power ultrasound that can eliminate the calcium. The H2 blocker Cimitdine and Famotidine have had pretty remarkable results at reverseing the calcium deposits and pain. The first study was in Parathyroid patients just like myself who had high calcium. They had tried everything including steroid injection but no improvement until they took Cimitdine at 200 mg twice daily for 3 months. The results were remarkable. I think 60 percent were cured. I will see if I can find the study. There was another study on severe Tennis elbow and Famotidine had amazing results.

    I recognize this stretch! I met a woman years ago when my shoulder was acting up who’d taught yoga and she taught me this stretch, and it’s absolute magic for me. I’d forgotten the finer points of it over the years. My left shoulder is always the worse one, and it’s been extra cranky lately. I did this stretch and once again it worked like a charm. But it's great you found our exercises and give them a try to naturally help yourself. 💪 For best results, we suggest that you repeat these exercises daily for at least 2 minutes per stretch. Please also don't forget to use your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing stretches. You will get the best results if you always work at a level eight or nine. Nine means: You feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. 🙂 Please learn more about this pain scale and other rules for effective exercising in our five pillars of practice in this article. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ceshoulder Keep us updated on how you get on and how you feel! Hi Brigitte! 🙂
      Thank you so much for getting in touch and sharing your personal story with us! We're sorry to hear you've been dealing with this problem for a year now.. 😞 This just can't be nice at at all! But we're proud of you that you take responsibility for your health by trying our exercises instead of taking further medications and drugs. 🙏 Although it's normal to turn to them, they can have dangerous side effects and often don't solve the underlying cause of most pain conditions. In contrast, our pain therapy was developed in over 30 years of research and is designed to target key pressure points within the body to treat the actual cause and release any built up tension in your body's muscles and fasciae. 💪🙂 That's what makes our treatment approach so effective and people can eventually get rid of their pain in the long run. 😍 Please remember to practise at least once a day for two minutes per stretch and we hope you're able to soothe your shoulder pain easily and quickly. Let us know how you get on and share your experience and progress with us! We'd love to hear from you again!

    I was diagnosed with calcific tendonitis this week. After trying this stretch my pain has increased significantly. Is that normal? Am I supposed to work through the pain or did I overdo it and should rest it longer?

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for getting in touch, Stuart! If you notice some initial worsening of your pain after trying this stretch for the first time, this can be normal due to your body’s natural reaction. Your muscles and fasciae kind of "wake up" and start to respond to the exercises. If they haven't been stretched in a while, they become sore and stiff, so they first have to get used to these new movement patterns. We still recommend you to keep doing them regularly for best results in the long run. Just be careful, as this may also be a signal from your body that you are overdoing things. Therefore, remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide and always aim at working at a level 8 or 9. This is when you feel intense pain, but you're still able to breathe calmly and you don't have to tense up. 🙂🙏 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-calcifictendon If you have any further questions, just contact us again. 🙂

      @@bristlefist I didn't try this exercise again as the pain increased so much I was scared to keep doing it. I have been doing very gentle exercises and taking it very slowly. Right now my pain is about 90% better than it was. Another thing I've been doing after random googling is taking apple cider vinegar supplements. Some people say this helps break down calcium deposits so thought it was worth trying.

    It is good to start exercising ROM after an acute attack of calcific tendonitis, but not during it. Wait and let the inflammation and pain levels go down. It's not scientific to say the deposits themselves don't cause pain. When they breakdown and get reabsorbed, the chemical process can cause excruciating pain.

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with dystrophic calcifiation in the liver, because our pain therapy is focusing on relieving pain conditions that are caused by excessive tensions in your muscles and fasciae. Therefore, we can't tell you whether our exercises will help with it or if they're suitable for you, especially since we are not able to evaluate your individual case from a distance. 🙏 Consequently, we recommend you to check in with a doctor close to you before you attempt any of the exercises. 🙂 We hope this helps! If you have further questions or if we can help you with anything else, please let us know!
      Best wishes

      Hi Radha,
      thanks for your comment! 🙏 We're sorry to hear you're in such pain. 😞 But of course, we're happy to help you manage the pain and support you in living a healthy life free of pain. 🙌 If you suffer from calcific tendonitis, our exercises shown in this video can certainly help relieve your pain and improve mobility. 💪 Just make sure to go slow and steady, and always remember to use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide. You will get the best results if you always work at a level nine (nine means: You feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up), but never stretch further than this "feel good" pain to avoid worsening your pain. Check out our article on shoulder pain for further pain-relieving tips and information on how to help yourself naturally rather than taking painkillers or undergoing surgery. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-shoulderpain We hope this helps! Please update us on how you get on and how you feel! We'd love to know!

      Hi Shane! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! We understand that our exercises can be painful and tough, but this is necessary for them to be effective and a sign that they actually work. 💪 Just make sure that your pain is not too intense, so always aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 which means you feel pain that still allows you to breathe calmly. Don't stretch further than this pain and never reach a ten on this scale, which is just too painful and you have to tense up.
      Remembering this pain scale ensures that these exercises are performed effectively, but you're not harming your body or worsening your pain. 🙂🙏 Make sure to go slow and steady and practise daily for real results. You should notice a difference soon and it should be a bit easier and less painful for you every time you repeat them. Please update us on your progress and if there is anything else we can help you with, just contact us again!

      Hi there 🙂
      Thanks for sharing your experience in a comment with us! We definitely understand how painful and excruciating calcific tendonitis can be, which is why we're sorry to hear you have to deal with it... 😞😥 If you're not able to do our exercises properly at first due to your restricted range of motion, don't worry about it, but just stretch as far as possible. 🙂 Try to stretch a bit further every time you repeat them, but always remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide when doing our exercises. This means that you should never stretch further than a 9 on this particular scale, which is reached when you feel an intense pain, but you're still able to breathe calmly and you don't have to tense up. If you do these stretches regularly, you'll realize your body will get used to the stretch, improve your range of motion and relieve your pain step by step. 🙌🙂

      Thanks for your comment! We definitely agree with you that a healthy diet with many vitamins, minerals and trace elements is also crucial for a pain-free and healthy life! Particularly vitamin D is essential for many functions in your body. It supports and strengthens your immune system and contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and your muscle functions. 🙏 Hence, try to avoid a deficiency by having a daily portion of sunlight or taking supplements. Hi there 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! Our exercises are designed to help everyone regardless of your current mobility and physical condition. 😍 Nonetheless, we understand that they seem a bit tough and too challenging for people with severe shoulder pain at first. But don't worry, this is just the optimal version of our exercises. If you're not able to copy the exact movements when starting to exercise, this is totally normal. Just do the parts you're able to do, and leave out the rest. Stretch as far as possible, hold the stretch for 2 mins and always stay just under a 10 on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10. You’ve gone above a 10 if your breathing becomes irregular or you feel yourself tense up. 🙏 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ceshoulder
      Every time you repeat the stretch, try to improve it and stretch a bit further. You'll see that your body will get used to the new movement and make progress. 💪 After some time, you should be able to perform our stretch without any problems which can also prevent further discomfort. 🤗😍 We hope this helps! Please let us know how you get on and if you need further guidance, just contact us at any time. 🤗
      Best wishes,

    I'm gonna disagree with you on the religious clip. He knows that he has a lesser socially accepted religion and thats why he waited. None of my religious friends say "they are religious" they say "I'm catholic/protestant/jewish/muslim." If he didn't think it was a big deal and he opened up with "I'm religious", he would have just taken her to church with him since 'it's not a big deal'
