Join me for this 30 minute ONE DUMBBELL AB WORKOUT and let`s strengthen that core and define those abs. This workout features all standing, knee friendly exercises that will help you tone your abs and trim your waistline! Enjoy this NO REPEAT workout that will target every muscle group in your core.
This routine is suitable for all levels, as it is low impact, knee friendly and easy to adapt. I`m using a 3 kg dumbbell for this workout, but you can go with heavier or lighter weights, depending on your preference or fitness level. I recommend doing this workout at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements.

This was the perfect #flexitfriday workout. I added intermittent running in between the moves and felt strong and sweaty when I completed the workout. It becomes a great #runandtone when you break between moves to run.

@@BurpeeGirlLiss Yes, have to improvise 😅😁 I don't want to go without training just because it's with weights. I have to take it easy because it still hurts a lot when doing certain movements (which is why I'm doing them less often these first few weeks, my osteopath told me take it easy and don't overdo it in the first few weeks so that my body can get used to the rhythm again and so that it doesn't hurt again and I have to start the entire treatment over from scratch. Furthermore, I'm still recovering, I continue to have massages, etc. Thank you for understanding and for the affection, I am very grateful.🙏 Kisses, stay well😘❤
