It gets very wearing, just listening to ChillyMaria go on and on. But the judge gave him every opportunity to present his case. And he is still a loser. The judge learned quickly that trying to get him to stay on point is almost useless.
He reminded me of that traffic ticket he got in Arizona I believe. He Rambled on about things he wasn’t even cited for, then when I had more ramblings when he was supposed to be asking questions of the officer and never asked questions relevant to his actual citation before the judge put an end to that.

It really is like he watched the movie 1984(because he can't read the book) and took it as a challenge instead of the warning Orwell intended it to be. In the book/novel, there's this major theme about O'Brien showing 4 fingers but demanding Winston say he sees 5 fingers. And of course there's a major theme about all the cameras in the book/novel and no police officers the way we know them. That's like when Chilli says he deserves the protection order because xyz happened to Zane. Almost every date of events Chille gave the court were events already ruled on by a judge.. therefore it falls under "stare decisis", (Latin: “let the decision stand”).. already decided .. Some law scholar.
Exactly. He doesn't even grasp basic rules of evidence, the concept of hearsay, or the basic foundation of jurisdiction. That would be why he keeps threatening to sue people who don't live in the United States. I would assume he's just ignorant and entirely devoid of any legal acumen, but it's actually much darker and more sinister than that. He's well aware that in order to sit for the California Bar Exam, one must either graduate from college and then law school, or successfully complete an apprenticeship with an approved California law firm. He has done neither of those things, which meas that even if he applied to take the exam he would be disallowed from so doing. He told everyone on dozens of occasions that he was "studying and preparing" to sit for the exam...so he's just an outright liar. It's not even a situation where he misunderstood something...he blatantly lied. His followers are either just as ignorant, or just as disingenuous, as he is, and now they're all reaping what they've sown.
It's comforting to know these irritating and self-righteous people can't stand each other.

I'm friends with a good number of lawyers and they would really like to know this precedent I'm sure so they don't have to work so hard.
