For him to have a claim of defamation against Masshole he would have to prove the following: 1.) What she said wasn’t true. 2.) Prove that she knew it wasn’t true. 3.) Sooooooo does the host know the sender? I’d guess not, it’s just more shite Chille can add in to over complicate an answer that is simply “no”. I’m sure my witness who wants to give evidence won’t mind” Feeling unheard, whilst knowing the judge is really trying hard to write some notes, Chille feels it necessary to start yabbering on about kate making money by making a mockery of other people. So the judge asks again if they can allow him to make notes, Chille just cannot shut the fuck up, not even 10 seconds goes by and his lips start moving and out comes more bs! I think the judge was fair, especially as fast forward to the current date (I’m going to digress a little bit) Chille is helping a couple in a town who look like they’re being harassed by a couple of police officers, Chille is blasting officers names left, right and centre, even those trying to help the couple, because they’re obviously all tyrant pigs who should burn in hell. It’s quite amusing actually because this recent expedition Chille takes the couple being harassed to a top chief or sheriff and thanks to Chille constantly inserting himself and his knowledge of the lawz the couple are asked to go into an office without Chille in order to get their statements down uninterrupted 😂 honestly, you couldn’t write it! So the judge asks if something is playing in the background and with the most feeble of excuses Chille says something along the lines of (I’ll fill in some blanks) “oh my bad, that background noise you can hear, that’s my witness, even though you said you were taking notes that will go on the record so I shouldn’t really disturb you, I just knew I couldn’t talk to you, so I had to talk to someone because my brain doesn’t do quiet, anywho, my witness, you know the one I told you about when I held my phone up and declared I had a witness who wanted to give evidence, even though I didn’t go through the proper channels to submit evidence, so I’m really sorry my witness disturbed you, he just really wants to give evidence because he’s really upset at what he’s hearing you say, so do you want me to put my witness, who really wants to give evidence, on hold or mute him? I’m sure my witness who wants to give evidence won’t mind”
Feeling unheard, whilst knowing the judge is really trying hard to write some notes, Chille feels it necessary to start yabbering on about kate making money by making a mockery of other people. Hmmmm, glass houses and all that!
So the judge asks again if they can allow him to make notes, Chille just cannot shut the fuck up, not even 10 seconds goes by and his lips start moving and out comes more bs!
I think the judge was fair, especially as fast forward to the current date (I’m going to digress a little bit) Chille is helping a couple in a town who look like they’re being harassed by a couple of police officers, Chille is blasting officers names left, right and centre, even those trying to help the couple, because they’re obviously all tyrant pigs who should burn in hell.
It’s quite amusing actually because this recent expedition Chille takes the couple being harassed to a top chief or sheriff and thanks to Chille constantly inserting himself and his knowledge of the lawz the couple are asked to go into an office without Chille in order to get their statements down uninterrupted 😂 honestly, you couldn’t write it!
I do have a major ick though, as Chille has to be in the camera frame at all times, so those being interviewed are talking to the side of his face or have to share the screen space with Chille! I’m used to seeing interviews where people are opposite one another, you know because they can see facial expressions, body language etc, well chille has a unique way of sharing the limelight 😂

Decastro's videos show numerous attempts to agitate the subject of his videos. That action could cause some negative reactions. My personal negative view of Decastro has not been due to the views of other channels, I have a negative response to Jose's activities based solely on personal observations of Decastro's activities.
