I just noticed something about Chili's glasses. The lenses make his eyes look bigger. Now, I have no idea why he wears specs, whether he really needs them or he likes them because he thinks glasses make him look intellectual. But I would bet my last dime that someone once told him that his eyes are his best feature and he loves that his glasses highlight them. He plays off that when he tries to look and sound sincere. He's a failed actor so he understands about facial expression. Just a thought.

🤔 do you know how glasses actually work? The reason eyes are magnified with glasses on is because of the shape and power of the lenses. What it actually means is he has a strong prescription. It means his eyesight is terrible. In fact, it could be that his eyesight is now so bad, he can no longer get contacts in his prescription. Contacts are limited in the types of prescriptions they can handle. You can’t get fake glasses that magnify your eyes. You would literally not be able to see out of them if you tried.

Chille's citations of case law would have been great - except the case law he cited was not applicable. The judge however, cited APPLICABLE case law, and Chille didn't even pay attention to the cases the judge cited because Chille's brain had imploded and he knew he lost. He has the mind of a child.

The law is a whole -- there are a lot of different aspects to the law, and they all kind of go together. Sometimes, you can get away with citing a constitutional principle in court, but only if you've built a foundation from which to apply the principle to this specific case. More often, the Constitution is just not relevant to the law you're going to need in any given court case. Even if it is, you *first* need to know the civil or criminal procedure, so that you'll know when and how to introduce your constitutional argument; and then you'll need to know the way to do legal research and writing (which is a skill in itself, without which nobody will be able to make sense of your argument even if it's true).

I’m not lawyer but I do have a degree in English Laws, it’s safe to say you need more than a scrap of paper to go into court. Usually when you quote a case that sets a precedent having an understanding of the case, what is ratio decidendi and what is obiter dictum. There’s a reason you see lawyers with a great big pile of books and there’s an even better reason lawyers get paid the big bucks. There’s also a reason Chilli is the biggest joke on TH-cam.
