      You might like to read _Commonwealth v. Bradley,_ 232 A. 3d 747 - Pa: Superior Court 2020.
      {Instantly, the Commonwealth concedes that Appellant has a constitutional right anchored in the First Amendment to videotape police activity in public places. Unlike in _Fields,_ however, the Commonwealth here argues that the no-filming condition imposed in the Lobby is a reasonable justification from or restraint on free speech. We agree.
      The Commonwealth presents several countervailing concerns to Appellant's argument that he had an absolute right under the First Amendment to videotape in the Lobby. Principally, the Commonwealth highlights Corporal McGee's testimony that the police department's no-filming condition in the Lobby was based on several reasons: (1) preventing the disclosure of confidential information relating to ongoing investigations discussed within secure areas of the police department; (2) safeguarding the identity of confidential informants and undercover officers; (3) ensuring their safety by preventing the risk of retaliation against them; and (4) ensuring and preserving the privacy of crime victims. See N.T. Trial, 4/2/19, at 26-27. Indeed, the trial court found "Corporal [] McGee testified with regard to numerous *756 grounds upon which the no[-]filming policy was based, citing confidentiality and victim safety as fundamental components." Trial Court Order, 7/5/19, at ¶ 2. Thus, the restriction or condition at issue is reasonable.}

      Yeah. So not only is their title official, but when you see a real auditor in a business, you know why they’re there and while anyone can say “I’m a First Amendment Auditor”, not everyone can say “I’m a health inspector”. Well well well… frauditors are always telling employees that policies are for employees and what do you know IT IS for the employees.

    These auditors need to travel to countries with actual authoritarian governments (🇨🇳🇷🇺🇰🇵🇸🇦), so they can do these things. See how long they'd last.

      Yeah the US should be more like china, russia, north korea, and saudi arabia! very good point, we dont want these people and those countries share our attitude perfectly. Very good point

    Actually it's a good ploy, it's like when they set up stings where the police send out notices saying a wanted person has won a raffle for a TV and the dumbass walks right in even knowing they never entered any raffle.

    • @retcutter10
      @retcutter10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly. The precedent for this type of "sting" has been set from the highest
      levels of law enforcement. You know the frauditor community will try to fight
      it, but with that much history, they shouldn't have much luck.

      We did it back in the day. We had sent out notices to their last known addresses for an all expense paid trip to a world series game. They had to come and show identification. Some tried to send someone else in their stead, and they got turned away, others showed up but wern't that person, just the current resident, They had banners, pretty hostess (Women officers) and a guy who sounded like a TV Announcer, Fake TV Cameras, the whole 9 yards. IT WAS FANTASTIC. Netted 32 arrest that day. (The Jail DID broadcast the games on the jailhouse TV's. )
