I can't be the only one to notice how he quickly demanded to know who called the law on him.

I knew someone like him a couple of years ago. He was exactly like this guy. I suspect he was some narcissist. The same self-righteousness, the same unchangeable idea, and the same absolute self confidence in that he was right, passive aggressive behaviour, words salad when caught in the wrong. Some people are just unable to shut up. I can't say what happened to that guy because my comment will be censored but let's saying he don't bother me anymore. Some people understand only one language.

Pretty shitty of that attorney to force Matt to plead guilty against his will. If only the attorney hadn't gagged him and tied his arms to the table, Matt could have pled innocent like he wanted to and he wouldn't be in this mess. I feel sorry for him- he's just trying to get through life and work on exposing the massive amount of corruption in the county, but the whole entire county keeps conspiring against him. If one thing is clear it's that he has never done anything wrong and none of the things that happen to him are his fault at all. Bless his heart.

To take charge of this post etc. If he can't get close to it then he isn't a Marine. He seems like the kind of person that would want to say he's a Marine so he would go to boot camp but once he got there his personality did not fit and he probably got discharged by using entry level separation. But he does not act like a Marine

I don't know why he thinks he can reverse his guilty plea. It's over! You were 'sentenced' with probation. Even if they allow his motion to proceed, that means he will be picked up and put back in jail until they have a new bond hearing. Bottom line....not gonna happen. His Motion will be denied and he will try to file an appeal. I'm pretty sure the appellate court will deny his right to appeal....he has to prove his case, and he can't.
The scariest is part wasn’t shown. After asking if he is free to stay, he specifically asks something won’t the lines of “if the mayor happens to pass into my space” and the cop cuts him off. He is the scary type of dangerous. Even when he is being escorted to jail, he talks about the mayor

As with so many of these head cases that have restraining orders against them, he is totally obsessed! He is working for that single chance to get at least a scare in if not some stiffer form of retaliation.
Funny how he,as a felon, now resorts to harassment and bad behavior with a camera as a shield in his quest to collect material for a news story. How original! Not! The way our legislators and courts ignore this problem and leave us and the LEO's in harms way of these knuckleheads is very discusting. In fairness to him he did gather content for a story. The story involves him and a year of incarceration and perhaps how the local police department sent the incident to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation which seems to avoid a conflict of interest by the Oxford Police Department.

He just folded and pled guilty to his " FALSE CHARGE " Yes he stands up for his rights but in a very unique way. My idea of basic courage differs from his actions. I also notice that he does not know how to put on his seat belt in the car, I suppose that he will blame his attorney for that as nothing is ever his fault.
