I know that I definitely allow myself to accept less then I deserve, because I’ve told myself I have no worth. The “would you let your daughter do this” really snapped my thinking around, and made me realize how I’m treating myself.

Giirl i love you so much. You literally helped me change my life. I grew up abused and developed multiple traumas so i decided to live in another country alone and i was in a flight or fight mode yet deep down I'm very feminine and the hustle culture isn't really for me. Ever since i relaxed and started to get out of my head and be more in my body and being more feminine. Surprisingly i got more money at my job and had more clients because i became magnetic and believe me I'm already booked for months ahead and i have other clients on my waiting list, and mind you I'm only 6 months in this country. I upgraded my wardrobe and my house and it made a huge impact on my life. Utilize being a woman my dears . Love 💕 🌺🌹 🌷

I had eureka 💡 moment when I was in a toxic relationship and things progressed to physical abuse (on both ends). I didn’t want to be in the receiving end OF COURSE, but I also didn’t want to be THAT person either. Didn’t like who I was becoming and it finally clicked when I asked myself this: Would I want my daughter to go through something like this? (no) Would I want my daughter to BE someone who BEHAVES like this (NO! 🤯). I wouldn’t want her to be either abused OR the abuser. Definitely puts things in prospective.

I had the opposite problem - I set my standards for other as high as I have them for myself and nobody was able to meet them. Except for me, because I live with those standards my whole life.

    • @yealenaella1741

Maybe narrow down the set of standards to some mandatory things that are absolutely must and non negotiable. And then make a list of things that you would like your friends to have in them. But those would act as a plus point not mandatory. Maybe then you'll be able to excuse some of the negotiable things and just focus on the basics.

Wow such a good video. I needed to hear this. I am always letting people walk all over me. I am so thankful for your videos. You are so young and wise. My husband is an alcoholic and never helps me with my son. He is pushing me to have another child. I know he won't help me. I am exhausted all the time. I would not want my daughter to get pushed around like this.

Yes I relate with the health issues and diet thing. I also went through an unidentified health issue, the doctors couldn't do anything about it, I decided to take things into my hands and looked into alternative healing, diet, natural food supplements and it has totally changed my life.
Lastly the thing about would I want my daughter to experience this in making your standards crystal clear: if you have a narcissistic mother it might sound cognotively dissonant. I have found out more than anything else having a narcissistic parent can really make a child grow up having low self esteem, performing to be someone else to get love and approval, not honoring one's boundaries and needs because they've been conditioned to live that way by a narcissistic parent.

How can we make sure our musts are coming across from a place of abundance and not desperation or lack?

    • @JillzGuerin
      @JillzGuerin  ปีที่แล้ว +5

Fully believing that your musts will happen and being excited about them will put you in an abundant state. Always being fearful they won’t come to fruition is what puts you in a lack/desperate state ❤️

I was in relationship for over 4 years and I even got married. But I knew I was accepting the bare minimum. I allowed it because I was in love and hoped he would change. He improved but didn’t last for too long. I was so hurt but decided to end the relationship for my own sake. It hurt me but I’m so thankful I did because I feel so much better with myself. Now I know what I want and deserve. I’m gonna be that woman that a real man wants and needs. I’ll be the Queen to my King 🫶🏻

sadness and grief and longing and aching and misery and nostalgia: flood me.
    my heart literally physically hurts.
HOW COULD HE DO THIS TO ME?
    HOW AND WHY?
    he doesn't miss me?
    I'm that easy to replace?
I'M THAT EASY TO BE THIS CRUEL TO?
I don't deserve a goodbye nor an explanation?
our connection and friendship wasn't real?
I AM STUCK IN FREEZE (mostly, perpetually).
    my heart is so heavy.
the grief; the ache; the longing.
    I miss him.
    I needed him.
    I miss our connection.
HOW THE FUCK COULD HE ACTUALLY REALLY DO THIS TO ME?
One day we're talking all day, every day,
    the next, we're complete strangers.
    I die inside.
    PANIC PANIC PANIC
    AND. SO. MUCH. GRIEF!!
    I truly die inside.
    The pain is unbearable.
    I am dizzy with grief.
    Truly unimaginable darkness.
    DEBILITATING PARALYZING PANIC...
    I wish to die.
    I have severe PTSD.
the person whom I thought was my best friend,
gave me this PTSD. he raped me. on a soul level.
he viciously brutally violently maliciously raped my soul.
ghosted me. discarded me like garbage. replaced me for another.
(STUPID SICK MOTHER FUCKING ASSHOLE, HE IS!!)
I feel the PTSD in my body. I am drowning in darkness.
I'm in hell with no escape.
I face every moment of every day:
with utter dread and sheer terror.
    so...
as an act of my own free will...
I choose to release and detach all vibrations and frequencies
that do not serve my highest good.
I responsibly cut all cords from all people in my past,
and declare and command their energy to no longer have access
to the sacred parts of my being!
I release and send back their energy to them
    with the purest intent.
I call back my energy from their sacred space.
I command this all, for my inner healing and for my inner peace.
IN JESUS' PRECIOUS HOLY MIGHTY POWERFUL NAME, I DECLARE, IT IS SO!
I am embracing the light within my soul.
I forgive therefore I am forgiven.
I love therefore I receive love.
    And so it is.
    NOTES TO SELF:
    - work on yourself
    - heal yourself
    - purify, release, cleanse, attract
    - be independent; fall in love with you
    - radiate magical energy
    - develop a sense of mystery and safety and astonishment
    - visualize wishes fulfilled (COMMAND and FEEL)
    - live your life on purpose ❤
    - Radical Honesty = EASY (if you're not afraid of losing something)
    Thank you Heavenly Father ❤
    Thank you Universe ❤
    Thank you God❤
    Thank you Gurus❤
    Thank you Angels❤
    Thank you Ancestors ❤
    Thank you Divine Spirit ❤
    Thank you Mother Earth ❤

I just found you on TH-cam, and glad I have. I really like how you put things into perspective. The part I enjoyed most of this video is when you were like, go back to your 8-year-old self and think would you want her being friends with those girls who talk behind her back. Absolutely not, your teenage daughter hanging with that boy that just invites her over for Netflix and chill, like ew no, what a waste of time. That helped me look at certain things in such a different way. Thanks!
