I needed to hear "you already are her" because sometimes I forget that she is inside me because I feel like I still have so far to go to become her. Sometimes it feels impossible. But I swear I feel her trying to claw her way out into reality and I can't wait until she's here

One thing I'd personally share is: Do it, but do it from a place of selflove!
6 years ago I was on this exact journey of showing up as the person I wanted to be and putting in all the effort, just as I imagined the "perfect version of myself" would. And yes, I reached all of my goals, but I did it from a place of self-hate towards the current version I was back then. All my imporvements only stuck with me as long as I was still fueling it all through negativity and dissatisfaction with myself.
The moment I shifted towards self love, my goald, which were derived by negativity all got lost again.
Dont do the same mistake I did! Start out with compassion and self love for yourself so all your goals will be reached by a happy and loving version of you!

This woman doesn't love herself, otherwise she would stand by herself and that is the way she is from birth to death. No, but it doesn't change for the better, but for others who n put a fart in your head. That's not what it means and everyone evolves when the time wants it and the soul is mature and that's not the case in this case, it masks itself

It’s perfectly doable to hold these two thoughts at the same time, “I am worthy of love just the way I am” and “I can grow every day” 🙂

I used to not be able to believe my affirmations. So I tried a trick that worked for me. I imagined myself as I was as a young child and talked to her, as if she still lives inside of me and I’m there to protect and love her and make her feel valued and capable. Totally works! I have a lot more self love just from doing this. Give it a try!

I never had real female friends until in my late 50's- I never knew how as my mother was horrid, and I worked since I was 12. I managed to turn it around and now I have women friends of all ages who genuinely like me (surprise!). I volunteered at a local fashion show and so many women came up to me to say hi- women who I didn't realise I had ever made an impression on. It was amazing. If it helps, my motto is "To spread Love Joy Happiness"- what you give out comes back tenfold.
I wish you all the Joy and Happiness in the world!

A very happy new year, Jills! 😃
I've been around on this channel for a long time and I cannot tell you how much you've helped me drastically change my life. You've helped me unlearn my old limiting beliefs of what femininity is, ( being in STEM, I'm constantly surrounded by masculinity)and creating new ones like wanting to look good is not shallow, being in a relationship doesn't mean you'll never get successful, etc. Having a mentor like you at such a potent age ( I'm almost 19) is such a blessing! I'd love to connect with you more if possible, as I aspire to become like you when I get older.
Thanks for all of the wonderful content you put out there

Excellent video but I must comment on one point. Chronic illness. There are millions of us women who have debilitating chronic physical and mental illness. I'm not creating my bodys horrific pain disorders. That cannot be ignored. Until you battle severe chronic health issues, you willnever understand how all encompassing it is. That being said, I fight to wear makeup, do my hair, dress nice, exercise, work, and SMILE through the pain. It cannot be ignored but I fight and continue to push through as many of us do. There will be okay moments and bad moments, but we push through.

I have rheumatoid arthritis psoriasis and depression, so I understand. However, it’s extremely powerful when I see someone who “shouldn’t” be able to do something doing the thing. How many people on a daily basis push their minds and body’s because of mental will power? Not many it’s people like us. It encompasses the meaning of life in every-way and it’s beautiful.

I agree. The same goes for neurodivergent disorders that we have from birth, which affect everything in our lives. I find it possible to control some things to improve my life but I agree that generalizing that we have control over things that many people do not can be a little discouraging to some of us.

I have been on my self love journey since I was 25 and it’s been sort of bumpy. Some days I feel like I deserve love, I am a great person and I am ambitious enough to get what I want but other days I feel like I’m a failure (I don’t have what most women have at my age; their own house, a thriving career, married and maybe a couple of kids), that I’m not worthy of love (I was diagnosed with Autism when I was a kid and certain people didn’t want a relationship with me because of it) and that I repel men (my personality can be threatening to some men and a few guys that I’ve liked told me I was too clingy and I came on too strong).

We have control on how we respond, not the circumstances that we face. The limitations we fight for we will always have.
It's okay to identify with whatever you want, and you will find proof of whatever you are searching for. I love your alter ego video. Game charger! I had no idea I was addicted to drama and victim mentality but I faced the darkness so I can bring light to them. Was it easy? No, but I know that I can do hard things. I speak for me only. I am that I am! Remember who you are and follow the yellow brick road! 💛 I exoect miracles and they always come. That doesn't mean I don't come up against hard times, it just means that I can overcome them with the power of love and trust that God is good and not the definition I was fed growing up. Only u can decide how you will respond to your circumstances. Will it be love, or fear? It can't be both. And as i swing back and forth less and less, i see just how much the mind and heart work together. 😊 love!

Supposedly, Cary Grant (the actor) was a shy awkward kid who wanted to be suave and debonair. So one day he decided to pretend to be suave and debonair. He stuck to it and the rest is history.

First time coming, but I really liked some of the points you made here, they align a lot with my yoga practice, of all things!, and I fond myself taking notes. Thanks for sharing this, and best of lucks.

Strong women aren’t afraid to ask for help. Being strong doesn’t always mean that you do everything by yourself; sometimes, it means having the strength to admit your weaknesses. A truly strong woman recognizes her weaknesses and knows when to ask other people for help. She acknowledges others’ strengths by asking for help, and she also forgives herself for her weaknesses. Asking for help can be an extremely powerful and strong thing to do, so this is not overlooked.

It’s so disappointing for me to say this…but at the end of 2021, I enrolled in Pilates and I went every Sunday morning. I didn’t always make it in with my matching set, but I made it in. Every. Single. Sunday morning. In September of 2022, I fell off. I was in my last semester of college and I was doing mock trials and juries, a legal clinic, and an internship. I just didn’t have the time. Now I’m finding it harder than ever to commit to going. I still pay $100 for my 4 monthly classes, because if I pay for them already, I’m more likely to go. But I haven’t been consistent like I used to. It’s embarrassing but I’m going to work hard to get back to that point. I can do this. I’m scheduling a Sunday morning class RIGHT NOW. and I’m not gonna cheat myself and pick a noon class…I’m gonna try to be up with the sun.

These are very helpful tips for someone who doesn't carry a lot of trauma. If you fail to do these things or they don't work, you're probably trying to fix the symptoms without addressing the root cause. "Fake it til you make it" or affirmations only work to a certain extent. If you do have trauma, you'll eventually need to address it directly and then becoming the best version of yourself is going to happen automatically. Trying to heal trauma by changing your behavior is not going to work. Still, I enjoyed the video.

This was beautiful. Your videos give me so much self love, understanding, affection and inner calmness.. I'm consciously going through a phase of personal growth, I decided to do so, change habits, change thoughts and internal Patterns.. Step by step every day. Letting go of things that are holding me back. And your clips really help me getting there more. Thanks ❤

Thanks for all this! I loved the advice you gave about modifying the affirmations so they're believable. (I guess, in my own words, it's kind of like a modified work-out at the gym. Gotta start somewhere accessible and achievable. And with enough reps, you'll eventually level up to the next progression.)
