When it comes to exercise at least from the performance standpoint the proven rule is very simple. You put pressure on your body as a signal to invoke physiological adaptations. So in another words you deliberately damage your body in order to force your body to adaptation. In more nuanced view we know that as you exercise you occur damage to your bones and ligaments and other parts that requires more time to recover so there is not a simple solution but as long as you allow your body to catch up on all levels you will be more adapted and therefore get more benefit from exercise.

Finally, try an organic carnivore diet, or organic carnivore + greens diet for 6 months. Sometimes you may have an allergy to a food or food additive that triggers an auto-immune response. By eliminating everything except organic animal protein and then gradually adding food back 1 food/month at a time, you can determine which foods are aggravating your individual immune system. Avoid shellfish and most dairy during your elimination diet. Shellfish should really never be eaten due to the invertebrate proteins, and dairy contains lactose. The one exception is plain kefir, which is an excellent probiotic and the lactose is used up by the beneficial probiota. If you received the V@X then you need to ADD N-acetylcysteine, quercetin, zinc, and vitamin D to the above supplement list. Also, definitely go carnivore for 6 months. Hope this helps.
Somewhere around the cost of athletic greens, but probably more beneficial. I'm impressed that they're not being as greedy as timeline pomegranate extract😂😂
You can reverse speed of aging by starting younger, ideally as young as 20 but if you start at 30 that's good as well. It's harder when you try and start at 40 or 50.
The LDL comment at 41 min threw me off. A study out of Denmark just came out linking an LDL of 135-140 with much less heart attacks and atherosclerosis. So long as HDL and triglycerides were low
I took the face age test and came out at age 24 for my face and 27 for my eyes. I'm 52 years old. Almost everyone new who I meet, thinks I'm way younger than I really am. Most people think my husband is my father and my 28 year old son is my brother. How accurate is that face age predictor? I'd like to know the results of others.
It would be quite intriguing to conduct a study and establish a regimen for those less fortunate, such as individuals suffering from chronic diseases, to safely slow down their health's degradation. Ideally, this would allow them to age in alignment with their chronological age. I have always been interested in healthy lifestyle. BUT Despite leading an active lifestyle, abstaining from red meat, consuming plenty of veggies, avoiding smoking and alcohol, I still suffer from numerous chronic diseases and persistent inflammation. At 40, I feel and appear to be a decade older. I am eager to discover how I can gain some time without causing harm to myself (such as accelerating cancer). Can I benefit at all from such supplements? Like me, there are millions of people probably having the same question.
I've Always eaten biscuits. My whole Life. I've always been told I look Fifteen years younger. Lately it's been eighteen. I love vegetables. And fruit. Black tea with tiny sugar. No alcohol. No fuzzy drinks. No smiling. Moderate exercise.
I am going to turn 48 this coming June and most people think I am 38 years-old. While I have to say that daily exercise does play a role on how younger you look the real reason is no marriage and no kids ..! 😊😊
My experience is much different. I thrive on animal foods - mainly red meat and eggs. The only vegetable I eat is organic white California grown basmati rice. I find it is good to have about 100 carbs a day and white rice seems to be the cleanest way to access carbs. I find that having carbs in the evening does not cause a higher sleep score. I eat in an 8 hour window staring at 6 am. No food after noon. Sleep just fine. I focus primarily on supplementing with NAC, Glycine. Taurine. Creatine and L-Citrulline. These nutrients insure the substrate material needed for the body to be able to perform its functions effectively. These types of nutrients are more available in animal products and less so with plants, which also carry anti-nutrients and abrasive (to the gut) and unnecessary non-soluble fiber. I am 70 and my functional doctor runs a battery of blood tests every six months and likes my progress. I have the same body comp as when I was 21 and appear to be very healthy. There is more than one way to skin a cat.
@@danieldaniels5034I I buy them separately in bulk - unflavored and unadulterated- and mix them together in one single drink - about 4 ounces of water and then shoot it down three times a day. Totals for the day are NAC 2.4 grams, Glycine 9 grams, Taurine 6 grams, Creatine 5 grams and L-Citrulline 6 grams.
I'm mostly a strict carnivore, other than special occasions when I might eat something else that was personally made by a family member. Rice is a decent option, for those who want carbs, at least assuming the source is clean. But if the soil is contaminated, rice has been shown to uptake and concentrate heavy metals like lead. It's wise to choose organic from a place like California that has strong regulations. As for supplements, I've at times used some of the ones you mentioned. And I still have some of them in my cabinet that I haven't used up yet. But I'm starting to change my mind. Except in specific cases of deficiencies, it seems wariness might be a better relationship to anything that doesn't come from whole foods. Supplements, or anything industrially processed, can have contaminants, undesirable ingredients, and high deuterium. I'm particularly concerned about excess deuerium that will harm the mitochondria and much else. So deuterium depletion might be the single greatest upstream factor in determining health and aging. One of the advantages of a carnivore diet is it's the lowest deuterium diet possible; as opposed to carbs like rice (and seed oils) that are high deuterium. And I've combined that with deuterium depleted water.

If you look at people at 40+ ... you don't see many of these in the gym or working out or doing anything for their health. So the decline of performance is so understandable. The population averages are not very good representation of actual age related decline of potential ..
I would like to know if he has A or B blood type. He is quite conventional on some topics. I am asking it because he is more of plant guy and avoids meat. Blood type A people do better with less meat and more carbs. I feel sad he lost his mom to cancer and this is why he may be into more veggies. He had a tumour too. On a second thought, I think this guy is genuine and he is doing what he feels is the best. I believe to be more meat based for my diet but I do not have the same family history. Overall, I liked this video and sorry about my nearly comment that you may have removed.
Even with no money you can do yoga, fasting, running, weight training... Eat salad instead of highly processed food, drink water and tea instead of softdrinks. Avoid carbohydrate and sleep a lot. Don't smoke and drink. If you do that, you'll be way healthier than 99% of people.
I’m go go look this company up. First I have to find the spelling. I’m also going to look up the people mentioned. I already exercise, eat healthy, dance, never smoked, don’t drink. I sleep well thanks to Ben Bickman doing a lecture recently on salt. Sodium. Not table salt.
Enjoyed! I’m wondering if Chris has any content explaining his views on sunlight further. It’s kind of a big one since sunlight is embedded into our biological systems from the beginning of our existence. Also wondering if he can comment on statins more.. if he believes statins will destroy your mitochondria (CoQ10), if blocking cholesterol increases cellular stress, plus his thought on the increase in ALS, heart attack, etc..
long chain like DHA and EPA. best to not have it processed in pills to oxidize. cod liver oil has Retinol (animal based vit A) that is an antioxidant that protects the long chain omega3 oil. plant oils high in omega 3 are mostly short chain line flax seed oil the short chain omega3 fat is called ALA. your body needs to convert the ALA to DHA or EPA and we have around a 2 to 5% conversion rate. there is one plant based long chain DHA/EPA source its Algae sourced (where most of the long chain omega 3 found in fish comes from)
If you can make a TH-cam account and comment at 83 years old you're not doing to bad haha God bless, definitely keep watching these videos and being here
This reductionist pharmaceutical approach might be theoretically valuable but it is practically useless without addressing the issue of the destruction of our food supply system, toxic non food substances as staples in our diet, toxins in our air, water and food, and total curruption of our ancestral evolutionary lifestyle. Then the question is, even if this pill is beneficial, would it be needed at all if we solved 1st principle problems first.
Because some of us thrive with a whole food plant based, others with the carnivore diet, and some of us have a bit of everything and still manage to live til 98 years of age.

Be aware of the placebo effect. You shouldn't feel any benefit. If a supplement slows aging (a VERY good thing), it doesn't reverse or even stop aging. So even if it works well, you'll still be older tomorrow than you are today; not just as much as normal.

@@MarieLamour-cv1jc It actually doesn't. We don't even understand aging all that well yet. To think we can accurately measure one's "true age" or "speed of aging" is not science. It's marketing. And you've fallen for it. As one of many examples, the maximum human lifespan is 120. So theoretically, an actual 23 year old that plays their cards perfectly, has the potential to live another 97 years. Can you say that about a 40 year old man claiming to have a "biological age" of 23? Almost definitely not. So what does it even mean to say he's "biologically 23?" All it really means of course is that he's as healthy as an average 23 year old. Meaning that it's a measurement of health, not of "aging."
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc It actually doesn't. This "biological age" business is not science. It's marketing. And you've fallen for it. Just one of many examples: the maximum human lifespan (so far) is about 120. Meaning that an *actual* 23 year, if they play their cards right, has the potential to live another 97 years. Can you say the same about a 40 or 50 year old man claiming to be "biologically 23?" No, of course not. So then what does it really mean to say they are "biologically 23?" At most, all you can really say is that they are as healthy as an average 23 year old. Meaning that it's not a measurement of "aging" at all. Just a measurement of health. It has some value in that. But a 40 year old man claiming to essentially be 23 is just silly. Silly claims like this are just a way to stir up attention, view, sales, and funding for research (aka: marketing.)
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc You certainly did. We don't understand aging, or its fundamental drivers well enough yet to accurately measure it (especially not with cute little consumer-level testing kits, many of which are just entrepreneurial start-ups trying to cash in on the latest health trend.) Just one of many examples: the maximum human lifespan is about 120 years. Somebody who is genuinely 23 years old, if they play their cards perfectly, could live another 97 years. Can you say the same about a 40 or 50 year old that is "biologically 23?" Of course not. So what does being "biologically 23" even mean at that point? At most, what you can say based on the measured parameters is that they are as healthy as the average 23 year old. In other words, all these "biological clock" tests are really just measuring health, not age.
😂 Actually you should avoid red meat Especially menstruating women... Because of prostaglandins If you feel better on red meat It's most likely because you have iron deficiency
Isn't this miserable tracking all this everyday? Swallowing all these pills and stressing out about any changed biomarker. Also the cost. I eat healthy. Get some sun. Exercise 3x a week and use basics like sunscreen/moisturiser/tretonoin. I feel good and look younger than my age.
Sim - like videos. Just some constructive suggestion- seems u do some little chortle or giggle frequently. Talking about health and disease so not sure why make these small like laughing sounds. Is very minor. But just an idea. Less distracting without. But always good info and thanks for efforts.

#1 directly reduces inflammation AND auto-immune flare up. #2 heals tissue damage and improves whole body blood flow. #3 stimulates mitochondria and heals tissue damage. #4 improves local blood flow and stimulates healing. #5 improves body oxygenation, cardiovascular, and metabolic function. #6 actively improves mobility. #7 passively improves mobility.
Great interview! Many useful things!
Intermittent fasting also helps you slow down your aging!
It doesn't
Cap
Your videos are fantastic, love your channel, thanks for what you do
You can reverse speed of aging by starting younger, ideally as young as 20 but if you start at 30 that's good as well. It's harder when you try and start at 40 or 50.
The LDL comment at 41 min threw me off. A study out of Denmark just came out linking an LDL of 135-140 with much less heart attacks and atherosclerosis. So long as HDL and triglycerides were low
Can you please share the link of that study?
Yeah LDL isn’t the “bad guy” - the guy also said he would consider a statin so he’s behind the times on LDL
Hard to believe that high LDL and low HDL is beneficial !!!😮
Key is to not make that knowledge a god but the life style it’s supposed to be
My great aunt just passed at 107, I got the genes in my family I just gotta take care of myself. I am 30 now hope that isn't to late to start
Inaccurate and baseless measures. You’re 52.
What is a face age test?
50... Face app reports 19... Either something is wrong with the program or something is wrong with me LOL...
No way you look in your 20s at 52. Those AI photo age and beauty analyzers don't work.
Very interesting. Humans are getting closer and closer to the fountain of youth.
Gonna try that face scan and look more into this product. what was the step count that was “too much”?
Like me, there are millions of people probably having the same question.
we all gonna die so everything is non sense
Eating refined sugar speeds up aging just as fast as smoking cigarettes.
Damn I just bought fruity pebbles😮
No.
Marriage is the best thing I did with my life tbh, but each to their own
It seems that about 1/3 is the maximum you can slow your average down compared to the average. All the best rejuvenation Olympians are in that range.
Please make a video on alpha-cetoglutarate. Great content!

Ideal approach ❤❤
Can you take GlyNac, Taurine and Lcitrulline together as a mixture or need to be taken separately? Cheers!
So you're reversing aging by eating known carcinogens and bragging about it? Good for you Skippy!
Great regiment! Try Qualia NAD. Pumped me sky high quickly.
My Grandpa is 98 and he contributes his longevity to smoking cigarettes and shot of whiskey for lunch everyday.
That’s long life genes. Man would probably hit 120 if he didn’t smoke
@@Parkourmattstrongor maybe he’s had a ton of physical exercise, good diet, sunlight, good family connections, good sleep and other things most of his life and smoking is having zero effect on him?
My grandpa is 100 and smokes 2 packs a day since he was 4 and drank a bottle of whiskey a day since he was 6. On top of that he eats an entire quart of ice-cream for dinner and he only sleeps 1 hour a day.
He probably gets a lot of a$$ too!
TLDR: "buy my supplement"
i am 42 my brother and sister 35 people always think i am the youngest one give me 30 years now , i eat a lot of sugar thats my problem today i eat crisps i eat sweets diery producs to gain protein , i also eat a lot of fruits and i hate salads, the things i dont do - i dont smoke i dont drink and i try to sleep well go to bed not to late i exercise 4-5 times a week i do not stress and i try to avoid meat i choose to eat fish instead . Need to quit sugars for sure
Can you do a shorter version siim? Thank you!
It will all end in tears anyway
Excuse me if I am wrong here but I thought the goal of these drugs was to cause apoptosis in senescent cells, not reduce their size? Also, I would recommend anyone add C15:0 to their stack. It is better than fish oil in most regards.
WHAT is the product and WHERE to buy it?
This evil world is coming to an end, still they crave for longevity! Wake up!!😢
The world is amazing. What an age to be alive.
If you look at people at 40+ ... you don't see many of these in the gym or working out or doing anything for their health. So the decline of performance is so understandable. The population averages are not very good representation of actual age related decline of potential ..
Beer and Brautz smothered in sauerkraut. Have lots of chocolate and don’t forget the pastries.
Nice and good information 👍
I would like to know if he has A or B blood type. He is quite conventional on some topics. I am asking it because he is more of plant guy and avoids meat. Blood type A people do better with less meat and more carbs.
I feel sad he lost his mom to cancer and this is why he may be into more veggies. He had a tumour too. On a second thought, I think this guy is genuine and he is doing what he feels is the best.
I believe to be more meat based for my diet but I do not have the same family history.
Overall, I liked this video and sorry about my nearly comment that you may have removed.
Currently what is the record for biological Vs chronological age
so another guy who doesn't know what he's talking about but he jumped to sell overpriced supplements...
Basically an infomercial for Novos…
Seems like a big advertisement. The "science" behind biological age measurement is weak. Time will tell.
There on to something,40 today isn't the same 40 from 1980
SIIM a video on resistance bands
It's difficult to eat healthy diet if you have no money to buy so many good food .. if you a poor man you eat anything you found
Great show
Even with no money you can do yoga, fasting, running, weight training...
Bro, you do not look 23 at all. Maybe 32.
He looks 20s or 30s
He looks good

What kind of omega 3? I just saw a so called expert say that omega 3 can be bad for you, I have taken it for years. What's the story?
long chain like DHA and EPA. best to not have it processed in pills to oxidize. cod liver oil has Retinol (animal based vit A) that is an antioxidant that protects the long chain omega3 oil. plant oils high in omega 3 are mostly short chain line flax seed oil the short chain omega3 fat is called ALA. your body needs to convert the ALA to DHA or EPA and we have around a 2 to 5% conversion rate. there is one plant based long chain DHA/EPA source its Algae sourced (where most of the long chain omega 3 found in fish comes from)
Yikes. I am 83 and should I even be here?
If you can make a TH-cam account and comment at 83 years old you're not doing to bad haha God bless, definitely keep watching these videos and being here

Glad you are😊
Of course you should. Dr Anthony Chaffee MD (the plant free MD) says we should be living to the age of 120 yrs.

would you recommend novos over blueprint (bryan johnson)? if so, why?
Hi, the coupon code from video description isn't working
Was interested until I saw that they’re still selling NMN.
Sim, please get Dr. Chaffee on..this guy is a plant guy..we need a meat guy also perspective..we are not rabbits bro..lions
Because some of us thrive with a whole food plant based, others with the carnivore diet, and some of us have a bit of everything and still manage to live til 98 years of age.
Yes. I agree! But I am not sure Dr. Chaffee talks about longevity
If someone is 80 years old and looks like they're 50 I'll pay attention when they promote a product
Siim i love ur vids man, can u pls do a video on lik the top 10 or 15 supplements to take for longevity? I follow a lot from u and from blueprint and try to combine it to make my own routines!

How long do you have to take the supplement to start noticing benefits?
Be aware of the placebo effect. You shouldn't feel any benefit. If a supplement slows aging (a VERY good thing), it doesn't reverse or even stop aging. So even if it works well, you'll still be older tomorrow than you are today; not just as much as normal.
So many things not addressed in this otherwise good interview. I would absolutely delve into more interesting things. . Missed opportunities.
that man from novos is a big scammer!
Well, so except for a little vaping I'm doing everything right...so the goal now is to stop vaping .

Where is the actionable information? Most of this is well known by people following Siim. Here's some advice - keep videos under 10 minutes, give out actionable information. The detail of the protocols can be obtained from longer format videos for those who are into the research end of this.
Both short and long videos are important. People like different things.
There's millions of articles with quick tips. This video focuses on the biology and reasoning behind aging. If you want tips just look up an article or Bryan Johnson's protocal.

All this "biological age" silliness is getting out of hand. We're not there yet.
As someone who is 11 years (biological) younger, I agree with you.
So what does it even mean to say he's "biologically 23?"
All it really means of course is that he's as healthy as an average 23 year old.
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc It doesn't though. It's not science. It's marketing. And you fell for it.
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc You certainly did. We don't understand aging, or its fundamental drivers well enough yet to accurately measure it (especially not with cute little consumer-level testing kits, many of which are just entrepreneurial start-ups trying to cash in on the latest health trend.)
Just one of many examples: the maximum human lifespan is about 120 years.
Red meat is important for menstruating women however
😂
Actually you should avoid red meat
Especially menstruating women...
Because of prostaglandins
If you feel better on red meat
It's most likely because you have iron deficiency

Sim - like videos. Just some constructive suggestion- seems u do some little chortle or giggle frequently. Talking about health and disease so not sure why make these small like laughing sounds. Is very minor. But just an idea. Less distracting without. But always good info and thanks for efforts.
