I had a horrible reaction to her product. I tried her product for 2 weeks before having to stop. Sluggishness, tired, dizzy spells. Dizzy spells became more frequent and worse the longer I was on it. As soon as I stopped, all the symptoms went away within 2 days. I'm not sure why this happened.
Doc skirted around the closed loop b/t NAD & NADH+... Perhaps inflammation does corrupt NAD, but the abundance of NADH+ would seem to restore the balance as it is essential to TCA cycle. ¿What is being missed? Also, why not just start w L-Trytophan as it also produces NAD during TCA cycle? Also, NAD has been seized upon by CA doctors as a drip tx. B/c the molecular size & weight is large, it cannot pass the BBB (blood brain barrier). For a layman, seems energy should address the precursors found in Vitamins, especially Vit B3 as was stated. Research on aging has continued for over sixty years, so this is not a new concept. Thx & GL with your research.
Is it possible that taking NMN can cause severe nose bleeds? This happened to me. I never get nose bleeds but it was so severe I was hospitalised and given a unit of blood. I had been taking NMN for a year together with TMG.
This podcast is now out-of-date. Conlon said NMN can't be patented but thats precisely what David Sinclair is trying to do in the USA via Metro International Biotech and the FDA. I had such faith in Sinclair to the point of admitting to being an acolyte.

I wonder if you could let us know how many mg’s are in each capsule as for me this is more important than how many capsules I would be taking?
