What a place. The second I got out of a taxi when I arrived in Kasol someone just walked up to me and gave me charas! Also watched an old fella stop at a wild weed plant and make himself enough charas to make a joint. Such an awesome place.

I found you through watching Gabriel traveller, as I'm sure a lot of other people have. I love your stuff mate, you're hilarious. I'd love to see you grow your subscriber count, audiences tend to like seeing the footage of your hikes and also don't forget to include filming your breakfast even if it is just a 5 second clip of an omelette as food is a big attraction point when filming in India.

There's lots of snakes in kasol, everytime I've been there i seen lots. 1997 i saw a leopard on the road in to the village.
I was there in 1994, really hasnt changed that much since then, so good to see it now. Cheers Mate, been watching since you were on the tube to Heathrow back in the day. Love it.

It's unrecognisable since I was first there in 97. Went back in 2016 I hardly recognized it or Manikaran, Jarry was still OK, nice to have a chillum and walk to Kasol, have a bit to eat and then walk up to Manikaran. Cheaper in Jarry too.

Sorry to correct you mate, but that isn't sand stone dust..its pollen from the pine trees
The greenish yellow stuff is the pollen from the trees but the sandstone dust is the worst on the planet, not a lot of people know that though buddy, Lives and learns in it
Sorry to carry on about it, but this year there was an excess of pollen, besides there is no sandstone to be found in HP. A lot people including me suffered allergies due to the pollen. The people spitting probably chew tobacco.

Shaun here is a suggestion for you - I wore a hat throughout Covid instead of combing my hair and in the end it became a nuisance. I got a curly perm (maybe not ideal for you) but maybe something similar - a cut that suits you where you don’t need to comb your hair or wear a hat every day:)

Lower grade Charas is generally harder or if its last years stock , they dont generally add anything to the Charas there is no point ...
Hmmm, they do buddy, as I said they add henna to make it go hard and it turns brittle old school trick, lives and learns buddy, cheers
@@thedeadhorse ive been to kasol a few times and never had charas with henna in it , , i got some tosh balls once which were hard but they were a year old but still good , the only time i had hash with henna in it was in Nepal ,,,

Just saw your first in Kasol..pretty cool place... but what surprised me.. A Israeli and Lebanese restaurant serving one of favourite breakfasts.. you need to try it out. It's called shikshuka.. eggs in a spicy chilli tomato sauce...I've tried to call your numbers, but I can't connect, but I know you should be back in the UK.Give me a call when you can. M
