- I have 2 weeks holiday in Jomtien Pattaya, Where do I stay, At a Condominium or at a Resort, I stay at The Venetian Poseidon Pool Condominium and was shocked just how bad it was, I moved to Villa Navin on The Jomtien Beach road Resort and, well watch the full vlog to find out what I would recommend, Jomtien Pattaya Thailand.

I’ve been living in quite a few different condos in the Pattaya area. Personally I prefer the older condos, the units are much larger and as long as they are well maintained are way better than the newer condos imo, it will be a lot cheaper especially having a kitchen, I like to cook my own food, but really it only makes sense having a condo for long term!

I to have just checked out of Villa Navin
We had a challet by the pool,just a one room and bathroom, tony house.
Very comfortable and serviced daily and cheap for our 9 nights.
Pool was clean and we had breakfast from the restaurant by the pool daily.
I did notice you walking around but didn't recognise you til I saw your video today,So sorry .

Nice one Sean 👍. I am just a few minutes into this vlog and yes we saw before that this condo it's terrible. You should definitely complain mate and ask for all your money back even if they give you 50% back. It looked rank.

balcony rat poop = bird poop, holes in the bedding could they be cigarette burns? I could live with the mouldy headboard but then I have been caravanning. Agree that lack of TV and WiFi were both deal breakers; should be asking for some money back or leave them a proper review

Hey, firstly I love all your videos. I look forward to any new ones that pop up. They are so great and enjoyable. I particularly giggled at the Loose screw in the doorway at the start 😂I had an Uncle who always got called a "Loose screw" and so I laughed when you said there is a loose screw in the doorway and you happen to be in the doorway - I know you were not talking about yourself - but you know what I mean. - I have been in so many terrible places, that apartment I would consider average. I am thinking that with your confident skills, you could confront the manager there in a happy positive manner, but also assertive manner, and point out the failures in the room and your disappointment about it, perhaps they might reduce your bill? or offer you something much greater in the future for a better price - if you remind them of your loyalty staying there.

You will be very disappointed buddy, They are now utter crap, an that new lp is so poor, I haven't sin em in years an doubt that I will, my buddies have bin to support them a few times and find it really sad how crap they have become.

For you thinking of renting a condo in Thailand make sure that your deposit is returned way before you leave otherwise bye bye deposit.
3,000 plus baht for a rat infested garbage bin with bugger all internet and a failed TV plus a mouldy headboard for the bed and chewed sheets vs 2,100 baht for paradise in comparison. Crazy innit. Yes indeed a review blacklisting the first condo more than appropriate. Also noticed the old vintage looking wooden wardrobe appears to have had splinters of wood peeling off of it too. Well past its used by date maybe. A 5 star review for the subsequent Condo in comparison for sure. Nice video buddy. 🤩

My place is near Villa Navin, but not as nice. However it's a fab location - the baht bus so handy as you say, the beach much better than Pattaya, several food markets, bar areas, and very lively
I always prefer hotels where you get more for your money... And service!

First thing I do in any room in Thailand, is open the a/c and clean the filters, you would be amazed how bad some are
why would anybody start faffing about taking apart the AC. Unless you knew what you was doing and like so are you saying you take tools on holiday with you to open up AC's lol

What a shit hole for the money. I stayed in a studio at CCR Residence just off 3rd Road for 800 a night, and The Base for 1000 in a 1 bedroom. Both were in a different league to that.
Condo was a disaster... I would have taken one look.... and turned around... and walked out...
