didn't realize we'd be going along with Mr King OBE on a steep, narrow, rocky, mountaineering trek up into the rarely seen on video the remote alpine villages of the Indian Himalayas... just extraordinary... really reminds me of when we went on a 7-day trek from Lukla (Tenzing Hillary Airport) up to the Everest base camp in Nepal. It was quite a slog hiking up narrow, steep, winding ,rocky trails, dodging other trekkers, monks and yaks, sherpas and mountaineers, spending overnights in small mountain villages of Namche Bazaar and Tengboche.
That was most certainly a Preying Mantis, mate. Quite a nice one too! My mate used to breed them here in Dublin, all sorts of colours. I kept them for a while myself. Beautiful creatures! Absolutely loving your India vlogs, mate. Happy days and thank you.
To get 1/3 of the way across that bridge and then realize your anxiety did not kick-in. You just can’t explain the feeling of winning that battle if not for just that one moment in time. WOW, Cheers to you. Yet again, another fantastic Vlog.
🌳 and power lines don't mix?? Love this place your in and has inspired me as long as i can get a cold beer as well a puff. Great stuff keep your vlogs coming 👍
Agggh man watching you walking along those two foot wide paths with a sheer drop down one side is not something I could cope with and there's scarier walks out there too. Good on you buddy for overcoming those fears. Top video this FIRST HIKE. Loved it, cheers Sean 🤩
I’m looking forward to this hike … and definitely there with you in spirit. Hopefully you’ll love it 🙏 If walked past my garden and started rubbing my honey suckle I wouldn’t be happy 😂
I would of thought that the mountain air was so fresh and good for the lungs , apart from altitude sickness … but it’s interesting that you are the vlogger in this region that’s ever mentioned the sand stone dust around .. so that’s good to know man … thanks I bet you used to go apple scrumping 😂
Accosted by passers-by "where are you from and life story" on trails and the pusher man are part of the deal of travelling through highly touristed haunts in India, but not so in locales as in remote villages.
Sean, I'm a broken record yes, u need a backpack to put ur stuff in mate, clothes, camera etc on ur walks, interesting hike, lots of hash plants around there I guess, how in the fkk they build some of those apartments etc on hike, no roads, u should become for Budweiser they need the help ha Sean, as you are aware its American Thanksgiving, is ur preference white or dark meat
Laugh at the end, saying a rotund pussy-cat was required and the guy wasn't listening, just waffling about the snow etc. No way there is any chance of getting boom-boom up there. Unless?
Wow... amazing scenery! Makes Mousehold Heath look a minor bump! The GoPro is doing a really good job with the video! 👍
glad you are liking my home state of himachal pradesh
Loving it buddy, Cheers

Definitely a Praying Mantis... Not harmful to humans but a really bad day for any insect, small snake or small animal. They will eat anything...

Go day buddy, the dust is only bad at road level, the villages have very good air
