- I spend my day getting ready for my travels, A bit of adventures day buying a bike getting new tyres for the cart and the highlight was meeting my pal at his Vietnam restaurant on Dereham road for lunch, Excellent food and an excellent day out.

If you don't mind me offering you some advice mate, fill the bike tyres with slime, it helps stops flats and sit inside the tube for 2 years waiting to seal any puncher. All the very best Sean on your travels, I will definitely be watching mate .

You can get them in suitcases......I fly with mine all over.

First few seconds i nearly turned it off Sean ,Me Thinking ,He's only on an episode of Bargain Hunt and said something untoward to Natasha Sharp (she's lovely ) sat next to him , and she's got off at the next bus stop ffs 🙄🤦♂All i think about is leaving the Uk and moving to Thailand mate ,But you do bring out the best in people with your personality and chat 🍻The people at the Restaurant were Lovely and i hope this vlog alone makes their Business Grow ❤I'd eat there every day given the chance 🤦♂

I have seen similar salad type rolls with tuna in 7/11 in Thailand. Really tasty from 7/11 and made like that.
