    - 물과 설탕은 설탕이 녹을 정도만 전자레인지에 조금씩 돌려 냉장고에 차갑게 보관했어요
    - 원형틀에 유산지를 넣고 준비해요
    - 보늬밤과 전처리한 밤은 케이크 데코는 각각 5~6개 정도 준비해요
    (케이크 안과 위쪽 데코한다고 하면 보늬밤 12개 전처리밤 12개 정도 준비)
    - 다져서 사용하는 보늬밤과 전처리밤은 3~4개 정도 100~120g 정도 준비해서
    케이크 안에 넣을게요
    - 젤 위 데코에 올리는 밤도 1~2개 반 잘라서 준비해요
    - 생밤 전처리는 처음부터 물로 익힐 경우는 시간을 봐가면서 익혀주세요
    전자레인지가 좀 더 편하게 익혀져요
