    밤티라미수 너무 맛있을 거 같아요♡♡ 서툴지만 혼자 따라해보려고 하는데 혹시 휘핑한생크림은 영상 속 첫번째 과정처럼 달걀이랑 설탕으로 휘핑을 따로 해야하는 걸까요?? 아님 첫번째 과정에서 따로 나눠두는 걸까요??

      밤에 따라 당도가 달라서 크림의 당도를 조절해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요~

    안녕하세요 쿠킹트리님 영상 애청자입니다!
    요즈음 과제 때문에 밤을 새는 날이 많아져 평소에 쉽게 잠을 이루지 못했는데 쿠킹트리님의 영상 덕분에 오래 자지 않아도 편하게 푹 잘 수 있어서 너무 감사하게 생각하고 있어요 :)
    사실 저는 빵이나 케이크를 만드는 것보단 먹는 것을 좋아하는데 쿠킹트리님이 만드시는 멋지고 맛있어 보이는 디저트들을 보고 나서 부터 저도 한번 만들어 보고 싶다고 생각하는 날이 많아져 이렇게 댓글을 남기게되었습니다. 정말 요알못이라 궁금한게 참 많은데요, 먼저 오늘과 같이 케이크 시트에 커피나 서ㄹ탕시럽을 넣는 이유가 궁금합니다! 그리고 제가 단 것이나 크림의 느끼한 맛을 별로 안 좋아하는데 혹시 임의로 생크림이나 초콜릿, 설탕의 양을 줄여도 상관없는 지 궁금합니다! 마지막으로 바닐라 익스트랙이나 다른 향신료? 같은 것들이 필수적인 요소라면 대체할 만한 것이 있는지도 궁금합니다!

      케이크 시트에 설탕시럽을 뿌리면 시트가 촉촉해져서 먹을 때 더 부드럽게 먹을 수 있답니다~
      생크림, 초콜릿, 설탕의 양을 입맛에 맞게 조금은 조절할 수 있지만 너무 많이 줄이게 될 경우 케이크 전체적인 맛과 식감 등등이 달라질 수 있답니다~
      설탕은 단 맛도 내주지만 여러가지에 영향을 주는 재료더라구요~
      바닐라익스트랙 같은 재료는 생략해도 만들 수는 있지만 넣었을 때 풍미가 훨씬 좋기 때문에 넣는 걸 추천해 드리고 싶어요~
