Moremi Game Reserve
Moremi Game Reserve located in northern Botswana, in the Okavango Delta, becomes a lush animal habitat during seasonal floods. Dugout canoes are used to navigate past birdlife, hippos and crocodiles on waterways like the Xakanaxa Lagoon. On land, wildlife includes lions, leopards and rhinos.

Considered to be one of the best game viewing areas in Botswana, the flood plains of the Khwai River is home to a wide variety of animals and birds. The SKL Camps Khwai Campsite (also known as North Gate) has 10 campsites that are situated along the banks of the meandering Khwai River enshrined under the mangrove fig and ebony trees.

Nestled in a riverine tree line, the camp offers privacy, spectacular river views and excellent food - enveloped in a layer of warm hospitality. Should you wander away from the comfort of camp you can spot a wealth of land and water-based wildlife.
Baboon Facts
Baboons are primarily vegetarian however they will eat insects, and occasionally fish, birds and small mammals (and basically anything in a human campsite including charcoal :)
Baboons are very strong animals and have sharp canine teeth similar in length to lions. They will, however, try to avoid fighting by using intimidating vocalisations and gestures.

rooftop tents are a nightmare because you need to break camp for every game drive, snack run etc.. the Trailer tents are a good compromise because you can leave the trailer in the campsite.
I agree about the rooftop tent... and what if someone doesn't want to come on the drive 🤣 Just leave them out in the sun lol
