Yeah it’s exactly what I want to see. Everybody seen hard-core four-wheel-drive before it’s only really good for the driver. It’s like watching drifting boring as hell to watch fun as hell to do and it is his page and he’s trying to have fun so that’s what he’s doing.
Thanks for showing us around! I've been to a few spots over the years, but there are still many I haven't explored yet. I'm definitely not a full off-road driver though! I got turned around coming back from Old Bottlebutt - not sure which scenic route I ended up on, but I had to backtrack to get out - it was exciting and scary all at the same time! I definitely prefer adventuring as a family though - my sense of direction is shocking, so I need all the support I can get, haha!
I can’t believe I haven’t been out there. That is so beautiful when I get my cruiser finished. I’m heading there and yes, the rain it is peaceful specially when you’re in the rainforest that scar will always remind you of that trip.
Awesome. Your first videos I watched Demi was pregnant with Zeph driving the new GU in VHC. He's growing up before our eyes. Great stuff as always mate.
Some great spots there. Good to see you driving the tracks, only way to keep them from disappearing, the lantana is pretty savage in there 😂 Hope the wound on the head heals up alright, great video again mate!
Bloody lovely mate cheers for sharing, definatly another one to add to the list. Fair way from sunny Vic but keen to explore a lot of inland NSW one day seems like heaps of hidden gems. . . Even Vic is a lifetime of exploring we really do live in an amazing country, very lucky. . .
What an amazing few spots. I also want to say how much I think the quality of your videos have improved mate. Doing really well and it’s great to see you and the family enjoying great trips. 👍
Awww the memories you just bought back to me are priceless🤗 Thank you! The cells river gold area found by convicts building the old highway. I heard of an old miner digging under a large rock in one of the mines, he undermined a bit to much and the the rock fell. I believe he's still there, poor bugger.😲 I love the the local content guys. Thanks again
Awesome video guys looked like an awesome trip 👍. Really putting that opus camper through its paces, thats good too see 🤠. Exactly right with the steep stuff with the camper on , don’t stop 😅, which does make it hard to film.
Hi tyler family. I been ill. I caught something, but my heart thought there was no blood. So it made and retained fuild. After testing, my heart was in good condition, but now weaker muscle. So from this, keep an eye on your ankles and stock asprine in your first aid box. Heart specialist says it's a good idea.
Another great trip away, I see you left the older kids at home Burto wouldn't be happy about that but I'm sure Kai would be able to send him to his room if he has a tantrum 🤣😂🤣😂. Demi you need to show us how you got that 6 pack set of abs. Zephyr is such a mini Tyler playing with trucks all day lighting fire's he's awesome little man.
Thinking of that walk away from the vehicle down to the swim spot and then your fall, do you carry a PLB ? I enjoyed this video, back to where you started with the black Nav and Garry in the MUX. Cheers
Another wikid trip with the family mate🤘 Looks like ya left the other kids at home, Burto 🤣 Re the river floods, personally don't have a problem, its part of it, different countries locations, area conditions etc vary dramatically! You are a very experienced camper, while experience can work for you and against you no matter how much you don't or do have! Its about respect for what nature can do, there are signs which you know clearly, its about perspective, mate you are out there doing it not sitting on a couch and judging at the end of the day that's all that matters! I have camped on rivers for years and had close calls, even as recently over Xmas time, me and the dog drove up a stream a couple kms to a secret spot of mine in a high country pass, weather was stunning, it changed 2nd night, I kept my eye on it the stream became a fast flowing river, my camp was never in danger as it was a few meters above the river bed, I watched it for a few hour's while it changed color from deep clear blue to blood red. I ended up bugging out, as the rain showed no sing of abating, in fact it just came down harder, the raging water in the stream was 2-3 ft deeper than when I went in and about 50+ m wider depending on the course back down stream from the pass and where it widened out, I got out no issue, I camped up the hill a few ks away, came back the next day and the flood was back to a clear stream, so I drove up and down to wash mud off the truck, moral is I could have stayed and camped for days no issue, if not for places to be later that week, I would of stayed, but I played it safe! Plus I was one vehicle, in case something did go wrong more with the vehicle I was out of cell coverage alone and know one knew where I was, which is how I like it, so took the smart option that time. ' Point is you guys no what ya doing, every decision is a step away from a good one or a bad one in life, no risk no reward! Just make the best decisions you can, so keep camping by the river is what I am trying to say. Fire can burn, but we have used fire for thousands of years! 🤘 Keep up the great content, living the dream mate, making memories with the family 💯🤟
your selection of music was on point with this ep. wth... when you showed where the car was parked and said you were walking down the river, i though "what would happen if you fell over and hurt yourselves so far from the car"...... then that... i likes demis first bandaid. little white X like a cartoon or comic 😅
First time I've seen you. Wanted to tell you what we do here in the US when we get a cut like that. We take Super Glue and Glue it together. Just a thought you might want to keep some handy. Good Luck and Good Video. Subscribed & Liked. :)
Nah we never did haha, it does it randomly here and there still. We think its an issue with the factory settings/computer on the TB48 so would have to be sorted out by a tuner
@@TylerThompson90 Hey Tyler great content mate, just what I was looking for. Does that mean you don't need a National Parks permit? No camping fees? Do you think you could comment in your videos weather you need to book or get permits, once again great job mate, nice to see the family enjoying life.
I wish some creators would actually show how to get to these tracks or atleast where they are or something I understand it would make things abit busier but is the whole Point of showing these videos to show us where we can go and whats possible? Id love to go to where this video is but how do i get there?
@@TylerThompson90 well dont i look like a dickhead now 😂 i honestly watched the video 3 times to try and figure it out and missed the map everytime. BUT I meant more like roads to get there, entry point to tracks, suburbs, that kinda stuff. Sorry, should have explained abit better rather then rambling on.
Don't like or comment on the hardcore trips. We do not own a next level down comp truck. Very much like the normal 4wd experience that normal people do and the listing of tracks and route you have taken. Normal people can now explore with your information without getting themselves into awful situations. Family life is a bonus but I do like sausages on bread. Thank you.
theses are the vids i like the most back to grass roots where u started from exploring and showing us the great tracks and bush around us

Congrats, Wealie.

It's such an awesome area! We did nearly the same loop as this at Easter. Nobody around but us, keep it secret. Shhhh. 😉
I camp in a creek in the desert. We just have to watch snow pack melts. If it rains during that its a river again lol.
Dream vacation.

With your Opus, have you had any trouble with the air valves coming loose?
And the rear mud flaps on the trailer, where are they?
No issues with air valves coming loose and rear mud flaps we always tear them off 4wding so gave up reattaching them
Love the area immensely- somewhere we would love to explore down from Brissy!
Tyler, do you buy an annual national parks pass including mt kosciosco?
