    Bob & Brad... I fell backwards on my back while pregnant (early on), began to have shooting pain down my leg, I lay down on my right side, and felt my tail bone pop to my left side, (didn't even know that was possible)!! I then, had horrible tailbone pain that would go down my leg, and then yesterday I had pelvic bone pain at a level 10. So I went to the ER, they led me to Labor and Delivery and didn't even bother checking my back, just pressed on it to see where it hurt, which made my situation worse. Since I'm pregnant they cannot do anything just told me to rest, but resting isn't helping and I seriously think something is wrong. Thank you for these exercises, I can hardly move at times, and I'm afraid of how my pregnancy will progress, given that I am only 15 weeks. :( Baby is okay but I am still in a lot of pain and Doctors are UNHELPFUL. So thanks again.

    I've been having tailbone area pain for about a year and then that started getting a little bit better then I would get a little bit of pain to the right of the tailbone and to the left of the telephone now that's a little bit better off and on but now I pulled a muscle or something in about I'm guessing about maybe 3 inches to the right of the tailbone and maybe slightly higher there's a big bone right there I don't know if that's my hip bone I was looking online and I found something I might be the illium bone that's bothering me now and when I walk it's not bothering me and once I actually sit down and get comfortable usually doesn't bother me but when I try to get up it bothers me when I try to sit down it bothers me or when I try to turn a little bit and it's on the right side like I said. Are also after I sit down if I get too comfortable I try to relax my muscles I feel pain right there where that bone is like I'm relaxing it too much and I need it to be in a certain position Fort not to hurt like sitting up straight and leaning that part of my back on the back part of a chair straight Would you recommend me try what you have in this video for that type of injury what happened is I was sitting in my car sitting on a little pillow that my dad gave me to help me with my pain there in the area and as I was driving I felt like the pillow may have slipped forward slightly so I reached up with just the right side of my body only lifting the right side up a couple of times and then sat back down but ever since I did that I felt like that area is out of place or something or all I know is it hurts right there in a sore but usually I don't know this is how much unless I try to sit down or try to stand up and I feel that bone right there and it hurts but once I start walking I'm usually fine. I was thinking about going to urgent care to see if they can see if I pulled a muscle there or if I need some type of therapy but I'm thinking maybe I could try to fix this at home. Should I try the suggestions you have in this video or what would you recommend please? Thank you so much it's not really an emergency but the Regent the reason I feel like I need to go in is because I can't sit there all day in a certain position without moving to avoid pain I also can't be on my feet all day and I'm dreading every time I have to sit down cuz I know the second I sit down and try to get comfortable it's going to hurt their and then as soon as I try to get up it's going to hurt also going to hurt their also at least just for a minute until I start walking but I'm trying to find something to fix it because I don't want it to get worse I already have too many pain issues on my body thank you for reading and I hope this makes sense

      You're paying for the expert information effectively delivered. Maybe it's too expensive but compared to a $100 doctor visit where I'm only offered a steriod injection for an extra $50, it's a bargain. Plus this video is free to watch!

    • @rachelcorley2186
      @rachelcorley2186 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I wasn’t going to bother to reply but since I seem to be getting advice ....Your reply is like comparing apples to oranges. With an over priced book I can’t ask follow up questions or give feed back as I can with a massage, PT, or doctors visit. I have no idea where O’Ambitious One is going for treatment but he needs to check around on pricing for a PT session. BTW since when did a is a 36 page pamphlet start being a book? The video is free, yes. And I do appreciate it. But have you tried to do the exercises they demonstrated? Most of the time Bob and Brad are very clear on their demos. This one was murky. I’m a fitness instructor with 36 years experience. Even I couldn’t clearly understand how to do one of the exercises. But I certainly learned about skinny and mom jeans. 🤣🤣.

      @@rachelcorley2186 you make some good points. And as a long time fitness professional I'm sure you have a broader, deeper understanding than I do. Thank you for taking the time to reply and elaborate.
      I did try the exercises in the video successfully. I don't know if one round gave me any more sacroiliac flexibility.
      I pay $100 out of pocket per half hour PT session, and that's *with* medical insurance which costs me $535/month, no pre-existing conditions, and all indications I'm healthy. I don't know how much I'd have to fork over for PT if I didn't have medical "coverage".

      @@rachelcorley2186 You’re very condescending. Stop being a cheap skate and buy the book and resell it or give it away as a gift to someone who needs it! Brad and Bob are worth the money, their knowledge and results prove that. You also have that ‘can I speak to the manager haircut’ so your tone on this thread isn’t at all surprising.
