Alot of Americans take advantage of the exchange rate. Your income is powerful here in the Philippines than the US. Try it you will like it. If you want to extend your life span. I suggest you do some homework before jumping here. I will tell you that, it’s very reasonable to retire here. MABUHAY ANY PILIPINAS 🇵🇭🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸

You been home lately,,we got NO debt, clear tick over 5k net..And inflation eats up just about all of it,,poverty increase every day unless you cross illegal then the Govt will pay your way,,,its a mess..
I was in Calif about 4 months ago. I was really shocked by the high prices. Most people just barely get by. I hope you make it to Cebu soon if that's where you plan on retiring. Thanks so much for watching
Here in the Midwest. $,3-4k a month you’re doing really well. I’m single in Indiana and a 1 bed apartment $550 a month. Everything else is about $1,000
My $5k car is paid and insurance is ($250) every 6 months..
I live very good and do 2-3 vacations a year with ($1,500) budget
Includes health insurance..
That same ($1,500) will even go farther in a 1 bedroom in cebu city ( non IT park condo
Wow $550 a month in the US is great. I'm really familiar with California prices and they are just too high. That 550 would be closer to 1500. San Francisco 2500 or more. I appreciate the comment.
Reasons. Not Reason’s. Grammar
What a clown
Woops, Thanks for that clarification
Grammar nazi.lol😊
Apart from easy visa and some English,
Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam are much better and cheaper options than the Philippines.
I'm leaning toward Malaysia. They have 3 months visa free which can be reset with a road trip to Thailand or Singapore. I still might chose PH for the language and finding a woman.

To each their own.
One sacrifices too much by living in the Philippines.
The culture is toxic and the people are in your pocket.
You have to be very tolerable and strong to live there.
But, go find out yourself.
I think that all four countries are a great alternative to the West.

I can't agree with you more buddy because the US is a toxic shit show.
I'd choose the Philippines over the US for retirement if that's all the choices I had.
But, the other three are better for me and most people.
