Great video. I am wondering where that beautiful sunset was shot at the end of this video.

Hi Greg, do you think you could give us a run down of a typical 6 - 12 month lease where you're at?

Hi John, I had just changed my location. My last lease I just had a 90 day lease and I was paying 30k per month for a studio at Mactan Newtown, I know the one year leases were at approximately 24k to 30k. I prefer to pay a little more with a shorter lease in case I don't like the neighbors. I had previously stayed at Bamboo Bay 16k per month for a nice studio with a pool and weight room.

Hi Thaidawg ,No, I will visit other places and then make some kind of decision as to where I will settle down.

@@whereisgregnow5989 I've lived in Thailand for almost 2 years, my advice is to skip Thailand and go directly to Malaysia, cheaper, more value for your dollar in housing, cheaper cars, great infrastructure, stable and reliable government. I would be there now but the financial residency requirements are too steep for me at the moment.

This is really great information. I want to check out Malaysia but I'm kind of unfamiliar with it. I noticed on the few videos that I watched the streets were very clean and the food looked good.
