I love this series, and I love how Doug manages to take any story and link it to cooking in such creative ways, which makes it super entertaining.
In other words, it’s like if you’re living in the city and there’s all these new restaurants popping up that you’ve never heard of, and Food News is like a food critic’s blog where you can learn about all the new restaurants. what they serve, and what their service is like. But suddenly, the food critic named DougDoug starts talking about the restaurants and relating it to stuff you heard about on the news the other day, so you can understand the flavor of it without even tasting the food.

Your show feels like having restaurant that cooks you 4 different kinds of food, but when you think you have tasted them they give you alternative more simple food version of these 4 meals. And suprisingly it is very enjoyable to taste same food twice but differently. Keep it up.

It's like this really cool restaurant where the chef doesn't realise he's the head chef and thinks that it's still his Fourth of July party and the neighborhood just loves chipping in for his amazingly seasoned sausage. He's just having a great time and is like "wow so you guys like it?" and they're like "this is the most prestigious restaraunt ever to sit in some dude's backyard" and he's like "neat, bone ape-tit".
Where are more of these? I love food news and would genuinely watch this weekly if it was a legitimate series.
