EDIT: apparently I'm a dumbass and phantump is not a *new* pokemon, they just talked about it recently on some news sites and I thought it was a new reveal for Sword/Shield. Sorry! It's still creepy as fuck though
sup friends - I am still really REALLY enjoying making these news videos for some reason, so I'm tentatively gonna try putting out 1 every week and see how it goes. Maybe it'll get boring or you guys will get tired of it after a few weeks, but I figure as long as I'm having this much fun making it I should keep at it and see what happens. But let me know your thoughts as it keeps going!
One specific thing I do want to say: I'm not sure if or when I'll cover the huge Blizzard Hong Kong controversy going on. The main reason is because this is a very personal issue to me: I worked on Hearthstone esports as my job for 3 years, I am close friends with a lot of the people involved in this situation (including people whose jobs are at stake), and I'm not particularly comfortable making jokes about it at their expense. That said, I'm gonna give it a bit of time and keep thinking about it, so maybe I'll talk about it more down the road. It would probably be its own episode though

@@Brelidav From what I remember there were lots of issue with input lag, graphical issues and the fact that you not only had to buy the Stadia controller (around 200$) but you also had to buy the games you wanted to play, most people expected there to be some kind of subscription service instead or to only have to buy the games.

What I honestly love about the entire “but explained with food” thing you have going on for the past while is that literally everyone can understand and relate to food. You can try to dumb down or summarize complex situations all you want, but if someone can’t understand the underlying concepts and mechanisms at work they just won’t understand. But everyone knows how food works; everyone knows how grills work, what a fancy restaurant vs a hot dog stand is, things like that. It’s so simple and easy to make metaphors and explanations for that the entire series makes way too much sense.
Not to mention your humor (which I find hilarious as fuck) and the vast array of food comparisons you manage to come up with (I think I found your channel with the first explained with food video but the furthest back I remember was Overwatch vs TF2).
Anyways keep up the delicious content brotha, entertainment has never been quite so filling :)

Not only did the people mod rdr2, but since they were able to look into the files to figure out some of the game mysteries. Led to the community realizing the game we got was potentially just 2/3 content of what R* had in mind at first.

@@mm-gy5ir I'm not really someone who thinks only classics should be included, I actually think Undertale's Sans is worthy. Undertale did something that no other RPG did, spare and have thousands of endings. Games that start a new thing are definitely good contenders for Smash. Overwatch, while popular, didnt start shit. It just kinda exists. It's a team class based shooter with original characters. Now, you know who started those kinds of video games? Team Fortress 2. Now one of those guys actually deserve to be in Smash, not generic women in skin tight suit with powers.
